Helen is the distributor and products loyal user in NU SKIN for many years. She always puts her effort in assisting her downlines, and takes her responsibility in training class. Helen has a downline called Paul, with the help of Helen, Paul’s performance has always kept growing stably. Recently, Paul’s performance has made some problems. Helen could not get in touch with Paul through communication channels. She is worrying about what happened with Paul. Thus, Helen decided to visit Paul in order to find out the situation.
Paul was glad that his old friend Helen came to visit him. He took out a series of supplement, which belongs to other direct selling company. He introduced the products to Helen as to give rise to her interest and invite her to join the company as well. During their conversation, Helen learned that Paul is now operating another direct selling company at the same time, apart from operating NU SKIN ‘s business. NU SKIN’s distributors to operate in other direct selling company. Therefore, Helen explained clearly to Paul, “Paul, did you know that? According to NU SKIN ‘s Policies and Procedures, as a distributor with a Ruby or higher pin level, if you are engaged in any business activity for any other direct sales company, you will not be eligible to receive any Executive Breakaway Bonus on Executive Levels 3 to 6 in your downline organization. In addition, you cannot recruit any NU SKIN distributor or customer to another direct sales company. It will be considered as violation of these Policies and Procedures and may result in other action being taken by the company, including termination of your Distributorship.”
Helen’s words delivered a shocking blow that woke Paul up completely. He was grateful to Helen as she gave him such kind of useful information. He decided to work hard with Helen as to create their career in NU SKIN.
