Online shopping becomes more and more popular in this internet era, we must keep in mind that as a Brand Affiliate of Nu Skin, you are not allowed to promote or sell the company's products through unauthorized sales channels such as Carousell, Facebook Marketplace and Shopify.
Selling products through the auction websites can generate temporary sales performance and benefits, however, it is not helpful in Brand Affiliates’ business development in the long run and may even disturb the market order, resulting in the Brand Affiliates and the teams’ inability to grow healthily. Hence, Nu Skin prohibits the promotion or sale of company products through unauthorized sales channels such as auction websites and prohibits Brand Affiliates from selling/distributing products to others for reselling on online auction platforms. If Brand Affiliates encounter any suspicious buyers requesting for supply of the company products, please be alert and supervise the whereabouts of your own products to avoid violating the regulations of the company's Policies and Procedures.
In order to maintain a fair and orderly market environment, the company, as always, is persevere in the determination to crack down on any unauthorized sales of products through unauthorized sales channels. The company has established a global taskforce dedicated to cracking down on product diversion and instituted new global initiatives. Brand Affiliates engaged in, facilitating, or teaching product diversion practices to others, once verified, will be subject to disciplinary sanctions. Those involved in severe violation will even have their Brand Affiliate account terminated.
Do not participate in online auction and never supply products to online sellers. Everyone has the responsibility to help crack down on product diversion and maintain the fairness of the market environment!
