Johnny was walking alone late at night on a bustling street, feeling disheartened and frustrated. Having been busy building NU SKIN business for nearly a year, strong-willed Johnny has always put 100% effort to fight for success. He seized every business development opportunity created by company; however, he has never managed to achieve any breakthrough results and his executive title was barely maintained every month. In contrast, Frankie, who belongs to another group and started NU SKIN business at the same time as Johnny, is already on the right track to success after a year. Seeing Johnny’s losing of willpower, Frankie introduced his group to Johnny and Johnny immediately realized that the cause of his failure must be related to his mentor’s poor leadership and insufficient support. He also blamed his group’s unappealing atmosphere that discouraged his newly recruited partners from sticking around. Frankie’s persuasive speech enlightened Johnny and he can’t wait to use his father’s name to set up a new account under Frankie’s group, get himself ready for a new year of new success.
