1. Jimmy should use his own name instead of the name of “NU SKIN” to register for personal website or online social networking account. Moreover, selling products via online platform is restricted.
Tips: Distributors may not use NU SKIN’s trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights, registered or otherwise, in any form except as specifically authorized by the Company’s Policies and Procedures or as otherwise approved in writing by the Company. Distributors may not use the Internet to promote/sell NU SKIN products; however, Distributors are allowed to use the Internet to (1) communicate preliminary information about the Company or your involvement with the Company, (2) direct users to a Company Internet Marketing Site or a registered Blue Diamond Internet Marketing Site and (3) post Company produced Business Support Materials that have been approved by the Company for posting on personal blogs or social networking sites. Blue Diamond Distributors may submit an Application for Registration for the Blue Diamond Internet Marketing Site. (For details, please refer to Section 1.2 and Sections 7.1,7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5 & 7.6 of Chapter 3 of the Policies & Procedures)

 

2. “Breast Enhancement” and “Detoxification " are medical claims so Jimmy should not claim products have such benefits.  
Tips: Distributors may not make medical claims, or state or imply that any Product is formulated, designed or approved by the Company or any regulatory authority to treat any disease or medical condition. (For details, please refer to Sections 2.1 & 2.2 of Chapter 3 of the Policies & Procedures)

 

3. Jimmy cannot resell products purchased from the United States or Canada in Hong Kong.
Tips: Distributors may only resell Products in his/her Resident Country. The Products that Distributors resell must also be purchased from the Company in his/her Resident Country, Distributors may not resell Products in his/her Resident Country that you acquire from the Company in a Non-Resident Country. (For details, please refer to Section 3.11 of Chapter 2 of the Policies & Procedures)

 

4. Jimmy cannot supply products to the Taobao Online Shops in China or resell products in China.
Tips: Distributors may not sell or distribute Products to Persons who intend to resell the Products, or have resold Products in the past. Distributors cannot resell Products in a Non-Resident Country. (For details, please refer to Sections 3.11 & 5.2 of Chapter 2 of the Policies & Procedures)

 

5. Jimmy cannot sell products through consignment shops or retail shops.
