Policies you should know about internet activities

Dear Business Partners, have you ever used the internet and social networking sites to promote NU SKIN products? If yes, you may have violated Company’s Policies and Procedures on the use of the internet. Let’s have a look at the following list and see if you can tell which the allowed internet activities are and which the prohibited internet activities are.   1. Create a website to provide a convenient e-shopping platform for NU SKIN products.
  2. Promote NU SKIN products or business opportunities via social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, Blog, Internet Forum and etc.), use Before & After photos and provide contact information to potential buyers
  3. Use social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, Blog, Internet Forum and etc.) to communicate preliminary information about the Company or your involvement with the Company, and direct users to Company’s Internet Marketing Site.
  4. Post celebrities’ pictures or quote celebrities’ names on the social networking sites to promote products, take advantage of the popularity of celebrities to attract public’s attention to NU SKIN products and business.
  5. Sell NU SKIN products via online auction sites (Yahoo, ebay and etc.)
  6. Sell NU SKIN products via group buying sites (Groupon, Beecrazy, Couppie, GoBuya and etc.) at a discounted price.
  7. Sell overseas NU SKIN products via online auction sites, group buying sites and social networking sites.
  8. Post information containing the Company’s trademarks & copyrights on social networking sites, for example, the photos of NU SKIN products.
  9. Upload videos to video sharing websites (Youtube, Weibo and etc.) to promote NU SKIN products for public viewing.
  10. Post information that you are a NU SKIN distributor, and basic information about NU SKIN.
  11. Use the Company’s trademarks to create personal webpages or fan pages.
