A Loyal Customer is a customer registered by a Brand Affiliate to purchase Products directly from Nu Skin Vietnam at Member Pricing. A Loyal Customer is not permitted to register as a new Brand Affiliate and/or to register new Loyal Customers, may not resell Products, and is not entitled to benefits under the Compensation Plan (in accordance with Nu Skin Vietnam’s Operating Rules approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade).

The SUBSCRIPTION Program is an automatic recurring order program. Accordingly, when a Loyal Customer of Nu Skin Vietnam enrolls in the program, a recurring order will be automatically generated each month (with automatic payment and delivery) in the subsequent months starting from the enrollment month.

If a Loyal Customer proactively places an order for Products under the promotional product list in Section 6 (whether or not matching the Products previously enrolled) and completes payment without waiting for the scheduled automatic payment and delivery date, the automatic SUBSCRIPTION order for that same month will no longer be created. In this case, the order will still be considered an order under the SUBSCRIPTION Program.

After completing the enrollment process for the SUBSCRIPTION Program, Loyal Customers may purchase the products listed in the product catalog below at a discounted price each month.

Customers may change their recurring order products to any item within the catalog below at any time during their participation in the promotion.

Benefit 2: VND 300,000 Shopping Voucher (VAT included) in your birthday month (“Birthday Voucher”)

Loyal Customers of Nu Skin Vietnam who enroll in the Subscription Program and achieve a minimum total order value of VND 2,000,000 (VAT included) before and/or during their birthday month will receive one (01) Birthday Voucher worth VND 300,000 (VAT included) to use for purchases in their birthday month.

Notes:

• Birthday month: the month in which the customer’s birthday falls.
• Applicable to Loyal Customers whose birthday occurs during the promotion period.
• Customers must still be actively enrolled in the Subscription Program during their birthday month to receive the Birthday Voucher for that month.
• If a customer returns a product purchased using the Birthday Voucher, the voucher value used for that product will be forfeited/deducted accordingly.
• The Birthday Voucher may be used once per order only, for orders with a minimum value of VND 3,000,000 (VAT included), and cannot be combined with any other voucher or discount code.
• The Birthday Voucher will be sent via SMS during the birthday month. If the customer meets the eligibility requirements on the last day of the birthday month, the voucher will be sent at the beginning of the following month.
• The Birthday Voucher is valid from the date of receipt until the last day of the month immediately following the birthday month.
• The Birthday Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Benefit 3: VND 300,000 Shopping Voucher (VAT included) for monthly purchases from VND 2,000,000 (VAT included)

Each Subscription Customer who achieves a minimum total value of VND 2,000,000 per month (VAT included) in Subscription orders for two (02) consecutive months will receive one (01) Shopping Voucher worth VND 300,000 (VAT included). The voucher may be used for a Subscription order in the following month with a minimum order value of VND 2,000,000 (VAT included).

Notes:

• Orders in a single month cannot be used to qualify for two consecutive periods. For example, orders in Month 2 cannot be counted for both Month 1–Month 2 and Month 2–Month 3.
• Each voucher may be used once per Subscription order only, on orders with a minimum value of VND 2,000,000 (VAT included).
• The voucher will be sent via SMS during the first week of the following month.
• The voucher is valid from the date the code is received until the last day of the month immediately following the month in which the voucher is issued.
• The voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• If a customer returns a product purchased using the voucher, the voucher value applied to that product will be forfeited/deducted accordingly.

Benefit 4: Long-Term Accumulation Gifts

Subscription Customers who maintain Subscription orders with a minimum total value of VND 2,000,000 per month (VAT included) on a continuous basis, and whose total order value reaches VND 3,000,000 (VAT included) in Month 3 / Month 6 / Month 9 / Month 12, will receive the corresponding milestone gift as follows:

• 3-Month Gift: Maintain at least VND 2,000,000/month for 2 consecutive months, and achieve at least VND 3,000,000 in Month 3 → Receive 01 Scion Brightening Facial Boost Cream valued at VND 330,000 (VAT included).
• 6-Month Gift: Maintain at least VND 2,000,000/month for 5 consecutive months, and achieve at least VND 3,000,000 in Month 6 → Receive 01 Liquid Body Bar (250 ml) valued at VND 622,000 (VAT included).
• 9-Month Gift: Maintain at least VND 2,000,000/month for 8 consecutive months, and achieve at least VND 3,000,000 in Month 9 → Receive 01 TRME GO Protein+ valued at VND 889,000 (VAT included).
• 12-Month Gift: Maintain at least VND 2,000,000/month for 11 consecutive months, and achieve at least VND 3,000,000 in Month 12 → Receive 01 Inner Focus Collagen Plus valued at VND 2,180,000 (VAT included).

Notes:

• Gifts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Gifts may be collected at the counter or delivered (upon customer request).
• Gift redemption deadlines: by the last day of April 2026, July 2026, October 2026, and January 2027, respectively, for each milestone period.
• If a customer meets the eligibility requirements earlier in a milestone period and places at least one (01) Subscription order of VND 3,000,000 or more (VAT included) in the final month of that period, the milestone gift will be included with that order.
