Can I pay for my online order using two different credit cards in a single transaction?

Unfortunately, our online platform only supports one credit card per transaction. However, you can do so if you make a purchase at either our Kuala Lumpur or Penang Experience Centres.

I'm purchasing one set of ageLOC® TR90® System and one box of LifePak®. Why am I unable to find the instalment option on the "Check Out" page under "Billing Information"?

For online instalment, you will need to place separate orders for the ageLOC® TR90® System and any additional à la carte items (LifePak®). By doing two separate orders, you will be eligible for the instalment option for the ageLOC® TR90® System.


How can I confirm the status of my order to ensure its success? I didn't receive any confirmation with a Sales Order Number.

Why was my card charged even though my order was unsuccessful?
