How do I purchase from Nu Skin Malaysia if I'm interested in your products?

To make a purchase directly from the Nu Skin Malaysia website, you'll need to sign up as our Brand Affiliate.

You can sign up online at nuskin.com . For the sign-up process, you'll need a sponsor upline*. After becoming a Brand Affiliate, you can proceed to create a web account at nuskin.com .

I want to make an order for delivery/pick up. Where can I select this option?

You can find this option on the "Order Checkout" page under the "Shipping Method" section.


How do I check my order history?

Simply log in to your online web account and navigate to the "Profile" section. From there, select the "Order History" option to view your past records.


Where can I enter my promo code?

You may find this option on the "Order Checkout" page under "Billing Information" > "Enter A Promotional Code".


Can I edit or cancel an online order after it has been placed?

The item I wish to purchase is currently out of stock. How can I proceed with the purchase?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to place an order for products that are out of stock. To stay updated on our "Daily Stock Availability", please visit our website and navigate to "Volumes" > "Office" > "Resources". This will help you know when the product will be available for sale.


An error message "This account has an order block" prompted when I want to place an order. What should I do?

After signing up as a Brand Affiliate, a temporary account will be created for you, which can be used for up to 60 days.

To make this temporary account permanent, you'll need to submit a copy of your NRIC to either our Kuala Lumpur or Penang Experience Centers, or email it to my_tempacct@nuskin.com.

If a temporary account is not made permanent within 60 days, it might result in sales order and Bonus holds on the account. If the temporary account is not made permanent within 90 days, it could be terminated.
