Our Promise to You
Our mission is to be a “force for good” by empowering people to improve lives. In accordance with that mission, we are dedicated to providing consumers with a high level of protection. We want every consumer that participates in Nu Skin to have a positive experience. This is Our Promise to you.
No Sign-up Fee. We do not require new participants to pay any sign-up or entrance fee. We want you to feel free to test the opportunity without being out-of-pocket for any up-front fees.
No Product Purchase Requirement. You are not required to purchase any products to participate in our opportunity. In fact, purchasing products as a new Brand Affiliate will not help you qualify for a commission payment, make you eligible for a higher level of commissions, or provide you any advantage. The only reason you would need to purchase our innovative products as a new Brand Affiliate is if you are interested in using them yourself.
We Provide Fulfillment Services. We provide fulfilment services (at no cost to you) to your customers so that you do not have to carry inventory. Your customers can purchase directly from Nu Skin, and you will receive commissions on their purchases if they provide us your Brand Affiliate ID when they purchase the product.
Generous Product Return Policy. We have a 100% money-back return policy for 30 days for any unopened product. If you purchase more products than you ultimately can resell or use, and more than 30 days have passed, we will refund 90% of the purchase price for those products for 12 months from their purchase date. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not require you to terminate your Brand Affiliate account in order to take advantage of this benefit. We do not want to make you choose between giving up a business you have started to build or taking advantage of our generous refund policy if you end up with more products than you can resell.
Income Opportunity Transparency. We provide transparency around the income potential of our opportunity. We provide full disclosure of the average monthly commission level of all of our active Brand Affiliates and Brand Representatives, and the percentage of Brand Affiliates at each level of our Sales Program. This is available on our website, during the sign-up process, and can be accessed here.
Sales Force Code of Ethics. We ask our sales force to comply with our Nu Skin Code of Ethics which can be found here. If you are aware of a Brand Affiliate or Brand Representative that is not living up to this Code of Ethics, you may report it to our Brand Reputation and Compliance Department by using any of the methods found on the Contact Us page.
