2023 HKMC SUSTAINABLE GROWTH CHALLENGE

Qualification period: January 2023 to December 2023

Qualification target: Brand Representative (“BR”) or above

Qualification requirements:

I. During the qualification period, every time the new BR in your G1-G3 achieve 4/6/8/10 building blocks in the first 4 months after becoming new BR (the promoted month is the first month for mid-month promoted new BR), you will accumulate 1/2/3/4 points respectively. Accelerator Points: from March through June 2023, you will receive 25% more points for your total accumulated points during this period.

 

II. To qualify for Sustainable Growth Challenge, you must achieve the following requirements:

    1. Accumulate at least 50 points;

    2. At the cut-off month:

       a) For participants whose title is below Executive Brand Director in the cut-off month (June/December), accumulate Organizational Sales Volume must grow by at least 20% during the period from January 2023 to the cut-off month compared with the same period of last year.

       b) For participants whose title is Executive Brand Director or above in the cut-off month (June/December), accumulate Organizational Sales Volume must grow by at least 5% during the period from January 2023 to the cut-off month compared with the same period of last year; and

             i. As at cut-off in June 2023, complete a minimum 600,000 Organizational Sales Volume from January through June 2023,

             ii. As at cut-off in December 2023, complete a minimum 1,200,000 annual Organizational Sales Volume from January through December 2023.

 

III. You can only accumulate points for months that you are paid as Brand Representative or above.

 

IV. Definitions:

    a) Organizational Sales Volume ("OSV") is the sum of the monthly Sales Volume from your Consumer                  Group, the Consumer Groups of your G1–G6 Brand Representatives, the Consumer Groups of your                  Business Builder Position G6 Brand Representatives, and the Consumer Groups of your Presidential                  Director Business Builder Position G6 Brand Representatives. 

    b) Accumulate OSV is the sum of the OSV from January 2023 to cut-off month.

    c) Accumulate OSV growth is a comparison of the summed OSV from Jan-2023 to cut-off month to the                summed OSV of the same period of 2022.

 

V. The points only count those come from new Brand Representative accounts of TW, HKMC markets. The            accumulated OSV only counts those from TW, HKMC markets.

 

Qualification rewards:

       I. You will get bonus for each accumulated point during the qualification period, as set forth below.

     II. When accumulate more than 200 points, each additional 200 points can be rewarded HKD 140,000. You            will not receive a partial Bonus for less than 50 points.

    III. The Bonuses cut off twice a year (June and December) and will be paid in August 2023 and February              2024.

     IV. If a participant meets the target in both June and December, the bonus paid in December will be reduced by the amount already paid in June.

 

Incentive Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in this 2023 HKMC Sustainable Growth Challenge ("Incentive") constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of all Incentive rules and requirements, including these terms and conditions:

 

1. Only Nu Skin Brand Affiliates in good standing in participating Velocity markets may participate in this Incentive. If you violate the terms and conditions of your Brand Affiliate Agreement, the Policies and Procedures, Sales Performance Plan, or the relevant terms and conditions of this Incentive (collectively the “Agreements”) during your participation of this Incentive, you may be deemed ineligible, and the Company may, at its sole discretion, withhold rewards under this Incentive, take any actions provided under the Agreements, and seek to recover any loss incurred by the Company as a result of any manipulation, including withholding future sales compensation.

 

2. Eligibility for rewards under this Incentive is based on meeting the qualification requirements of this Incentive also including the requirements of the retail sales in the Sales Performance Plan.

 

3. The Company reserves the right to audit and assess the validity of your performance under this Incentive. Any account that was established in violation of the requirements set forth in the Agreements will be considered invalid and may result in disciplinary action.

 

4. You may not buy or encourage other Brand Affiliates or Brand Representatives to buy Products in order to qualify for rewards under this Incentive. This Incentive is designed to reward participants for building healthy Consumer Groups and helping other participants build healthy Consumer Groups. The Company reserves the right to refuse to pay any rewards under this Incentive if it determines that the Brand Representative encouraged other participants to purchase inventory to meet qualification requirements rather than assisting them to build a healthy Consumer Group.

 

5. NU SKIN reserves the right to cancel your eligibility and recoup the reward received by you or an amount equivalent to the recognition if any of the following occurs:

    1) if you no longer satisfy the requirements for recognition following a product return after deducting Sales Volumes of the returned products; or

    2) if you violate the Agreements or any applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to you manipulating accounts resulting in inventory loading, or you and your downline violate the Agreements or any applicable laws and regulations.

 

6. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this Incentive at any time based on the market performance, participation status or other factors at the Company’s sole discretion. In the event of termination, only awards earned through the date of termination will be paid.

 

7. The meaning of capitalized terms not defined in this Incentive may be found in the Agreements. For the purposes of this Incentive, “Company” refers to Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC and its affiliates.

 

8. If there are any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese translation version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
