2024 HKMC Nu Skin LIVE Incentive (“Incentive”)

Qualification Period:

January 1st 2024~March 31st 2024

 

Qualification Target:

Brand Representatives or above registered in Hong Kong or Macau

 

Qualification Requirements and Rewards:

1.     During the Qualification Period, the Qualification Target must achieve at least 10 building blocks each month #; and

2.     Accumulate at least 40 building blocks during the Qualification Period; and

3.     Personally develop at least 2 Brand Affiliates who submit LOI and complete all “Qualification Requirements” as defined in the Sales Performance Plan during the Qualification Period.

4.     Qualification Target who can meet all the above three requirements (1) to (3)) will be rewarded two free 2024 Nu Skin LIVE tickets. The value of each ticket is 199 USD .

5.     The transportation cost, accommodation fee and all other related expenses for attending 2024 Nu Skin LIVE shall be borne by the Qualification Target.

 

Notes:

1.     # If the Qualification Target is a new Brand Representative, the below special arrangement is applicable to Qualification Requirement (1):-

       i.           If the Brand Representative Date of the Qualification Target is February 1st, 2024, he or she is only required to achieve at least 10 building blocks each month in February and March 2024;

     ii.           If the Brand Representative Date of the Qualification Target is March 1st, 2024, he or she is only required to achieve at least 10 building blocks in March 2024.

2.     The Qualification Target who receives the rewards can choose to attend either the East LIVE or the West LIVE (details of the time and venue are to be announced), while the two tickets must be chosen for the same LIVE.

3.     Tickets are non-transferable, and shall only be used by the Qualification Target (details of the rules of usage are to be announced).

4.     Regarding the personally developed Brand Affiliates who have submitted LOI and completed all “Qualification Requirements” as defined in the Sales Performance Plan, only the G1 Brand Affiliate accounts from Taiwan and Hong Kong/Macau markets will be counted.

5.     Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC (“NU SKIN”) reserves the right to recoup the rewards received by the said Brand Affiliate or an amount equivalent to the rewards if any of the following occurs:

       i.           if the Brand Affiliate no longer satisfies the requirements for the rewards following a product return after deducting Sales Volumes of the returned products; or

     ii.           if the qualified Brand Affiliate manipulates  accounts for inventory loading, or the Brand Affiliate violates NU SKIN’s Policies and Procedures or any applicable laws and regulations.

6.     NU SKIN reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of this Incentive anytime or terminate this Incentive without prior notification. If any disputes arise, NU SKIN reserves the right of interpretation and decision of this Incentive.

7.     In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version of the terms of this Incentive and its English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
