Star
A Star is a new Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, or Blue Diamond Executive that maintains their new title for a total of four non-consecutive months in a given Success Trip qualification period.
Star Rubies, Emeralds, Diamonds, and Blue Diamonds strengthen their organization and bolster their commission earnings by maintaining their title for multiple months. In addition, by becoming a new Star within the stated qualification period they earn a spot on the next Success Trip! New Stars promote longevity in their business by mastering the fundamentals of maintaining their title through building a consumer base and teaching their down line how to market products effectively. Each qualifying month requires the Star to maintain the minimum required first generation (G1) Executives for their corresponding title. G1 Executives who are counting towards the new Star’s title must meet maintenance requirements. If the G1 Executives are in Provisional status, they must have an Executive in that line below them who meets maintenance requirements. Star Creator
A Star Creator is a Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Blue Diamond, or Team Elite Executive that a helps a first generation (G1) Executive become a Star in a given Success Trip qualification period.
Star Creators are Executives who are mastering the art of duplicating success within their first generation (G1) by teaching them how to market products and share the opportunity. In helping their team members reach Star status, they ensure their Executives are qualifying for Success Trips and other incentives. Star Creators are rewarded with unique Star Creator-only memorabilia and recognized during corporate events for the guidance of their team. *Note:
A new Star must be on the Star Creator’s G1 by the Star’s fourth month of Star qualification. The total number of Stars attributed to a Star Creator is the sum of all new Stars on the Star Creator’s G1. Star Creators must maintain a Ruby – Blue Diamond title for four non-consecutive months within the Success Trip qualification period in order to be recognized as a Star Creator. To qualify for any pin level you must meet all requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales. The only required purchase to become a distributor is the not-for-profit Business Portfolio. All other product purchases, including any additional business kits, are optional. There are no bonuses paid for recruiting. All bonuses and commissions are paid only when qualifying products are sold. There are no guarantees of financial success. Star Leader
A Star Leader is an active Blue Diamond or Team Elite Executive who helps their organization develop at least six new Stars in a given Success Trip qualification period.
Star Leaders are exemplary individuals who empower their organization by multiplying the number of new Stars on their team in a significant manner through training and mentoring. Star Leaders demonstrate their commitment to continued growth by fostering new leaders and helping them advance in title. During the qualification period, Star Leaders must have at least six unencumbered qualified Ruby-Blue Diamond Stars attending the trip. Team Elites may also qualify as Star Leaders by generating a new Star on their first generation (G1).
