This month, Nu Skin’s top sales leaders from around the globe gathered in Barcelona to celebrate the year’s successes and renew their energy to continue moving forward.

The trip began a few days early for the 4-Star Team Elite Platinum Sales Leaders. They arrived in Marbella, Spain, and were treated to a polo event at the Santa Maria Polo Club. There they were taught how to swing a polo mallet, and even got up close and personal with a horse. After the clinic, they enjoyed lunch while watching a live polo scrimmage.

Following their afternoon at the Polo Club, attendees enjoyed an evening at Cortilo Cortes Hacienda. They were greeted by an authentic Spanish band and red carnations. The group was dazzled by entertainment with prancing horses, a marvelous dinner, and authentic flamenco dancers who stomped the evening away.

The next day, the Platinum Sales Leaders spent the day touring the city Mijas. They experienced donkey rides, fine art by Gaudi, and Dali, visited a monastery that was built in 1548 AD, and attended a donkey polo match. The attendees challenged each other, and even Blake Roney and Ryan Napierski joined the competition. Lunch was served tapas-style with 8 small dishes featuring local cuisine, all before boarding a jet to Barcelona to join the rest of the Team Elite Sales Leaders.

Once in Barcelona, the 15+ year Team Elite sales leaders were treated to a luncheon at Montjuic Restaurant overlooking the city. They dined tapas-style featuring local cuisine. While dining, those in attendance were asked to help paint a landscape of the city. With creativity in hand, each person left their unique mark on the painting featuring the iconic buildings that make up Barcelona, with a touch of Nu Skin.

The group was later given a sneak-peek of LumiSpa – Nu Skin’s next innovation that will launch this October! They were given a short presentation describing the benefits of LumiSpa as well as a demonstration on how to use it. After, they were each able to open a LumiSpa device and perform half face demos. They remarked at how smooth their skin felt compared to the untreated skin. Excitement was high!

Later, Team Elites joined together to hear remarks from Nu Skin’s management team. They first heard from Blake Roney, Sandie Tillotson, and Steve Lund, who reflected on Truman Hunt’s leadership over the past 14 years. Blake, Sandie, and Steve told endearing stories of Truman and wished him well as he continues to be a force for good in the world by serving an LDS mission. They then introduced Ritch Wood and Ryan Napierski as the new CEO and President, and instilled great confidence in Nu Skin’s future.

Ritch talked about his background at Nu Skin for the last 15 years as CFO, and his commitment as CEO to help us all “grow, grow, grow!” Ryan talked about his commitment to help Nu Skin grow through programs, with innovative products, and new platforms to sell them. Together, they will help Nu Skin to achieve its goals and go fast speed.
