• Nu Skin may use the Materials in all forms and any media, including, without limitation, in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, and in all manner, in their original format or edited or altered in any way, without limitation as to frequency or duration, for marketing and/or promotional purposes
• Nu Skin may copyright the Materials in its own name or any other name that it may choose
• The Materials may be viewed and/or listened to throughout the world and not just in my home country and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as my home country legislation provides
• My name may appear in a caption in proximity to the Materials used in accordance with the above terms, or in the editorial text accompanying them, but I also agree that the photograph may be used without any reference to my name.

Nu Skin is committed to processing information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection rules and regulations. The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes. You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required. You can ask Nu Skin to stop using the Materials at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation. If you have concerns about the use of the Materials this should be raised with the Nu Skin’s Data Protection Officer (DPOoffice@nuskin.com).
