What is the Nu Skin Rewards program?

The Nu Skin Rewards Program is designed to reward and thank loyal customers for purchasing Nu Skin products and participating in certain brand experiences and behaviors. The Nu Skin Rewards program is your ticket to discover the best you through exclusive deals, delightful surprises, and personalized Nu Skin experiences.

Is there a discounted price for the subscriptions, like the ADR program?

Yes. Nu Skin Rewards VIP and Luxe members with a subscription will enjoy Member Pricing of up to 25% off the retail price on Nu Skin and Pharmanex products.

 

How does the Nu Skin Rewards program work?

With the Nu Skin Rewards, you can earn specific tiered benefits based on specific behaviors (see below). Once you reach a certain tier, you may be eligible for benefits specific to that tier. Benefits may change from time to time and some benefits may only be offered on a limited basis.

The Nu Skin Rewards Program has tiers with associated benefits based on your account type:

 

Tier 1: Basic Customer

Sign up for Nu Skin Rewards and earn 5% of your qualified product orders back in reward points. You will be able to redeem those reward points on eligible Nu Skin products by the expiration date.

 

Tier 2: Customer Plus

Sign up for Nu Skin Rewards and enroll with a subscription order and earn double the points (10%) of your qualified product order back in reward points. You will be able to redeem those reward points on eligible Nu Skin products by the expiration date.

 

Plus Members

Tier 1 Basic:

Sign up for Nu Skin Rewards and earn 5% of your qualified product orders back in reward points. You will be able to redeem those reward points on eligible Nu Skin products by the expiration date of those points.

 

Tier 2 VIP:

Sign up for Nu Skin Rewards and enroll with a subscription order and that makes you a VIP. As a VIP, you will earn double the points (10%) of your qualified product orders back in reward points. You will be able to redeem those reward points on eligible Nu Skin product by the expiration date of those points. You will also be eligible for additional perks like product samples, birthday, and welcome offers.

 

Tier 3 Luxe VIP:

Become a Luxe VIP when you have purchased USD $800 (equivalent in your local currency) in product annually and meet all the VIP requirements. Once you reach the USD $800 (equivalent in your local currency) benchmark you will start earning four times the product points—that is 20% on all your qualified product orders. You will continue to get all the benefits of a VIP and more reward points.

When you enroll in Nu Skin Rewards, you will automatically be placed in the Basic membership level where you will be eligible to receive all Basic member benefits. Once you enroll in the monthly subscription program, you will be automatically transitioned to the VIP membership level. As a VIP member, if you spend USD $800 annually (equivalent in your local currency), you will be automatically upgraded to the Luxe VIP membership level.

Should you cancel your monthly subscription, either as a VIP or Luxe VIP member, your membership status will go back to the Basic membership level.

   

How Long Is My Luxe Status Valid For?

Your Luxe VIP status is good for (12 months) starting from the date you qualify for the Luxe VIP status. After that, you will need to renew the Luxe VIP status by meeting the outlined requirements. For example, if you qualify for the Luxe VIP tier on January 15, 2020, you will maintain the Luxe VIP status until January 15, 2021, unless you cancel your monthly subscription. On January 14, 2021, there will be a re-evaluation to see if you still qualify for the Luxe VIP membership. If you do not meet the requirements, you will drop back to Tier 2 VIP or Tier 1 Basic status (depending on your subscription status) until you reach the requirements for Luxe VIP status again. (By spending a minimum of USD $800 or equivalent in local currency annually.)

   

How do I join the Nu Skin Rewards Program?

You may join the Nu Skin Rewards program by signing up at www.nuskin.com and following the prompts to register. To sign up, you must provide your email address, then set up a username and password. If you already have a username and password with Nu Skin, simply complete the rest of the Nu Skin Rewards registration process to be enrolled.

 

Is there a cost to join Nu Skin Rewards?

No. There is no cost to join Nu Skin Rewards.

 

Who is eligible to join the Nu Skin Rewards?

The Nu Skin Rewards program is available to Retail Customers and Members who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address. Brand Affiliates are not eligible to participate.

 

What am I agreeing to by joining the Nu Skin Rewards program?

By becoming a Nu Skin Rewards member, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Program Terms & Conditions, by the terms of our Privacy Policy, and by any changes or modifications we may make.

 

Do new Members need to opt into the Nu Skin Plus program?

Yes. New Members will need to opt into the Nu Skin Plus program by visiting www.nuskin.com. If you are currently enrolled in the ADR Program, you will be automatically enrolled in Nu Skin Plus and you will be sent a notification requesting you to accept the Terms and Conditions.

 

How are points earned?

Reward points are awarded when you make qualified product purchases. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges are not included in the calculation of reward points earned. Additional reward points may also be awarded for promotional events, milestones, or experiences at Nu Skin’s discretion. Reward points are only awarded on qualified purchases that are made through Nu Skin’s system. Any purchases made directly from a Brand Affiliate are not linked to your Nu Skin Rewards account, and therefore, will not count toward benchmarks and reward points.

 

Will January’s new ADR customers receive ADR points on February 1st? 

Yes. They will still earn Nu Skin Rewards points on February 1st from their January’s purchases. 

 

Currently ADR customers can receive a 10% bonus points in Month 6, if January is their month 5, will they still receive the additional 10% points on February 1st?

Yes, they will still be rewarded the 10% bonus points.

 

Can I earn points on product purchase made in other countries (markets)?

No, you can only earn points from product purchases made in your local country (market).

 

Can I redeem my points in other countries?

No, you can only redeem points in the country (market) where you are registered.

 

How can I tell when my points are going to expire?

An expiration date will be shown in your Nu Skin Rewards program account page.

 

If I return a product or cancel an order, will the points I earned be deducted?

Yes. When you return a product or cancel an order, the amount of reward points you have earned will be deducted from the total reward points on your account. (Reward points earned on an order are deducted when the order is refunded, and the return is settled.)

 

Are there products that don’t earn points or aren’t redeemable with points?

Yes. All products that do not qualify will be marked on the product purchase page. Limited time offers (LTOs), promotions and some packages are examples of products that may be exempt from earning reward points or being eligible for redemption with the Nu Skin Rewards program. Also, reward points cannot be layered with other promotions (unless otherwise specified).

 

Do I have to have enough Nu Skin Rewards points to pay for an entire product or transaction?

No. You may redeem reward points as a partial payment for a larger transaction and make up the difference with the payment-type of your choice.

 

What will happen to my points balance if I return a product which I have earned points for?

Points earned on an order are deducted when the order is refunded and the return is settled.

 

When are my reward points awarded?

Product points are awarded as soon as the required amount of product purchase is successfully processed or after the specified action or event is completed. If you earn points with a product purchase, spend those points to purchase product, and then return the original product that earned the points in the first place, a corresponding number of points will be deleted from your account.

 

Is there a minimum dollar amount required to purchase to earn reward points?

No

 

How can points be redeemed??

Reward points may be redeemed directly through Nu Skin channels (online, on the phone or at Walk-in/Experience Centers).

 

How can I see how many reward points I have available?

You can check online in the Nu Skin Rewards account page. You will be able to see reward points available, being earned, redeemed, and points that are going to expire.

 

Is there a cap on how many reward points you can earn in a single month/year?

No, earn as many or as few as you would like.

 

Do I pay taxes and shipping costs when I use points?

Yes, you will need pay for any applicable taxes when using reward points.

 

Can I return a product or other items that I purchased with points?

Yes. You may return a product or other items purchased with reward points; however, you will lose the reward points used to purchase the product or items. You will not receive a refund for the portion of the purchase made with reward points.

 

Can I redeem points at Experience Centers?

Yes

 

Can I redeem points online or through my Nu Skin mobile shopping app?

Yes. You may redeem reward points on a one-time order or on your “Ship Now” orders via the Nu Skin website or shopping app.

 

Can anybody else use my points?

No. Reward points are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they are awarded. Please keep in mind that individuals may not have more than one account in the Nu Skin system. If you are found to be duplicating accounts with enrollment in the Nu Skin Rewards program, both accounts will be terminated, and all reward points cancelled.

 

Will my points expire?

Yes. Reward points are valid until the expiration date which is indicated on your account. Reward points will expire 90 days after they are awarded to your account.

 

Can reward points be used on promotional packages and items?

No. The Nu Skin Plus program is designed to give members fantastic discounts, while also earning reward points. As a result, reward points cannot be used on promotional items, subscription packages, or event tickets.

 

What are Plus points equivalent to?

Reward points are valued dollar-for-dollar. So, 10 reward points equals $10 (equivalent in your local currency). Redeeming reward points on purchases provides an even BIGGER discount on already exclusive discounted pricing.

 

Will I be taxed on the total purchase amount before or after the discounted price?

Taxes are calculated based on the discounted price.

 

If a VIP Member switches to a Brand Affiliate, will they keep their reward points? If so, for how long?

Yes. If a VIP Member decides they would like to convert to a Brand Affiliate account, they will be able to keep their reward points until they expire.

 

Are Brand Affiliates and above allowed to participate in Nu Skin Rewards?  

No, Nu Skin Rewards is for Members and Customers only. 

 

Why are Brand Affiliates and above not allowed to participate in the program? 

Nu Skin Rewards is a program designed to reward and thank loyal customers for purchasing Nu Skin products and participating in certain brand experiences and behaviors. This in turn will help Brand Affiliates and above earn and maintain a loyal customer base.  

 

What happens to Brand Affiliates who currently participate in the ADR?  

For those Brand Affiliate accounts currently participating in ADR as of January 31st 2020 their benefits will be transitioned to Nu Skin Rewards points. Nu Skin’s Automatic Delivery Rewards (ADR) program is going away January 31, 2021, and while you’ll no longer receive awards and discounts under the ADR program, you’ll continue to receive the products you currently purchase through the ADR program on a subscription basis with no interruption. Best of all, you’ll have the added benefit of 20% rewards for the first 6 months and as long as you maintain your current subscription and annual purchase level. As always, you can manage your subscription online at nuskin.com. 

This offer is exclusively for Brand Affiliates who currently have an ADR subscription as of January 31, 2021. It’s our way of thanking you for your loyalty and commitment to the Nu Skin brand. While new Brand Affiliates benefit from encouraging their Customers and Members to join Nu Skin Rewards, new Brand Affiliates are not eligible to participate in this offer. 

   

Can you use reward points on subscription packages?

No. Reward points cannot be redeemed on subscription packages.

 

Does my tier status expire?

Your status for Tier 1 Basic and Tier 2 VIP will remain the same if you stay enrolled in the Nu Skin Rewards program and maintain the behaviors to earn into those tiers. (For example, maintaining an active monthly subscription for Tier 2 VIP.). Your status for Tier 3 Luxe VIP is good for 12 months starting from the date you qualify for the Luxe VIP status. After that, you will need to renew the Luxe VIP status by meeting the outlined requirements.

 

What is my Nu Skin Rewards anniversary date?

This is the anniversary of your enrollment in the Nu Skin Rewards program and it occurs on a 12-month cycle. For example, if you joined the Nu Skin Rewards program on January 5, 2021, your anniversary date would be January 5, 2022, and January 5th of each year following.

 

What will happen to my Luxe VIP status that I have just achieved after I return my order?

If your return brings down your total Luxe VIP qualification spending below the required amount, you will drop to Tier 2 VIP status. Otherwise, you will maintain your Luxe VIP status.

 

What is the definition of subscription? Does that mean the same package every month?

A subscription is a recurring, monthly order. You can change products on your subscription each month online through Subscription Management. There are no time commitments and no order amount commitments, unless you are going for Luxe VIP status (then you will need to purchase USD $800 annually) (equivalent in your local currency).

 

Are you able to skip a monthly shipment?

Yes. If you'd like to skip your monthly shipment, you may do so by going online to www.nuskin.com or by contacting your local Support Center.

 

How often can you skip a monthly shipment?

As often as you would like.

 

Are VIP and Luxe VIP Members required to have a subscription?

Yes. To earn all the benefits of VIP and Luxe VIP a subscription is required.

 

Is there a limit when redeeming my points?

Yes, you can use points to cover up to 50% of your order.
