This process will be a dramatic improvement over the previous review process, and our compliance team is committed to providing quick turnaround times on any items you submit for review.
Here is how the process will work:
- Blue Diamonds who wish to produce and distribute marketing materials must enter into a License Agreement with Nu Skin
- Two Year Agreement
- Usage rights on certain Nu Skin trademarks and high resolution images
- All marketing materials should be submitted through Nu Skin’s Application for Registration process.
- Each material undergoes Marketing and Legal review prior to printing or distribution.
- Materials should meet Nu Skin’s branding, messaging and legal standards
- Access to Trademarks, High Resolution Images, etc.
- An online library of high resolution materials approved for Blue Diamond use. Coming in early 2011!
