Manage your orders

To help protect the environment, Nu Skin EU&A no longer includes paper invoices with shipped orders. Instead, your invoice will be sent by email as a PDF. If you purchase a product directly from a Brand Affiliate, they are responsible for providing you with a retail receipt.

Yes. Expiration dates vary depending on the type of voucher code you receive. The email containing your voucher code will specify its validity period, along with the applicable terms and conditions.

Place your order on the website for the market where you would like it to be delivered. Simply change the region on the website and place your order in the desired country.

At checkout, you will see the Promo Code box on the right-hand side of the page. You can  either enter the code manually or select one of the vouchers shown in your Wallet.

Nu Skin accepts Visa and Mastercard as payment methods. Payment options may differ by market, so we recommend checking the available methods during checkout on www.nuskin.com.

If your credit card is not working, try the following:

• Verify that you have sufficient funds on your card.
• Contact your bank to ensure you do not have an international block or internet block automatically placed on your credit card.
• Check that you have entered your credit card number and other details correctly.
• If you experience password issues with Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode services, you will need to contact your credit card provider as Nu Skin does not have access to the secured information you have set up with either company.
• If you are still unable to process your order, please contact your local Customer Service team and provide your ID number.

·      Log in to your Nu Skin account on www.nuskin.com.

·      Click your name in the top-right corner of the page.

·      Select ‘History’.

If a product is on backorder, it can pre-order it together with available items. Products that are available in the warehouse will be shipped as soon as possible, while the backorder item will be shipped from the date shown below. The label on the product page will show whether an item is available to backorder, together with its estimated shipping date.

Store credit is an amount held on your account that you can use towards future purchases.

No, store credit cannot be transferred and will be forfeited if your account is terminated.

No, store credit does not expire.

Yes. You can combine a credit or debit card payment with store credit. If you return the order, the amount paid with store credits will be refunded as store credit.

No. Vitameal can only be ordered as part of the for-profit Nourish the Children initiative, which delivers it exclusively to people in need in Malawi.

You can track your order in the Order History section on the Nu Skin website. Once a tracking number has been assigned, a ‘Track My Order’ button will appear. This can take up to 1-2 business days after your order has been placed and paid for.

Both Nu Skin and the courier company will send you email updates about your order status and delivery. These emails may include details such as:

• the estimated delivery date,
• whether delivery has already been attempted at your address,
• if your package has arrived at the selected pick-up point,
• any delivery issues, where applicable.

Depending on your country and the courier, the courier’s email may also allow you to reschedule delivery, change the delivery address, or leave a message for the courier. Please keep an eye on these notifications. If you do not receive them, check that your email address is correct in your account and review your spam folder.

No. Couriers do not make phone calls in advance. All delivery information is shared via email, and in some cases also through the courier’s mobile app.

It is possible to choose a shipping method (home delivery, delivery to a pick-up point, or express shipping) but our system will select the specific carrier. For pick-up point deliveries, you may see pick-up locations operated by different carriers in some countries. In this case, you can choose a carrier by selecting one of its pick-up points.

You will not see the courier information immediately after placing your order. As soon as your order is processed and a tracking code is generated, you will receive an email from the courier confirming that your order has been dispatched. Please make sure your email address is up to date in our system.

If Express shipping is available in your market, you will normally see it at checkout. However, if your order includes a device containing lithium batteries, Express shipping will not appear as an option. This is due to air transport safety regulations.

No. Even if your order is split into multiple packages with different tracking numbers, they will be handled by the same courier service. Orders may be separated into more than one package if the purchased items cannot fit into a single box. In this case, each box will be assigned its own tracking number so you can follow the delivery of all parts of your order.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the date Nu Skin receives the returned products, or evidence that the products have been sent back— whichever is earlier. Please note that the exact time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank’s processing times.

The refund button is only available for orders that have been paid for, fulfilled, and shipped. It may be unavailable because the order is still being processed, falls outside the available refund period (please check the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy), or has already been cancelled.

We’re sorry if you received an incorrect product. Please take photos of the items you received and the barcode on the side of the delivery box. Then, email your local Customer Service team with your order number, the photos, and the relevant details. They will assist you further.

We’re sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please take photos of the items and their condition upon delivery. Then, email your local Customer Service team with your order number, the photos, and the relevant details. They will support you with the next steps.

Yes. To return products, you will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. You can easily manage the process online from your Order History by clicking the ‘Return’ button.

If the product you ordered was on backorder, it will be shipped separately once it arrives at our warehouse. The estimated arrival date is shown on the product page.

• If you are missing a product that was not on backorder:
• Please check the full contents of your parcel against your order confirmation email.
• Confirm whether your order has been split into multiple parcels.
• If you are still missing an item, contact your local Customer Service with your order number and a list of missing products.

If your delivery box arrived damaged in a way that items could have fallen out, please email Customer Service with a photo of the damaged box, your order number, and a list of missing items. Keep the delivery box, as the courier may need to collect it for damage claims.
