OUR PROMISE TO YOU

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Company after deducting an administrative fee equivalent to 10% of the price, will refund to you ninety percent (90%) of the price, less applicable Bonuses plus any prepaid applicable VAT on unopened and resalable Products and Business Support Materials produced and sold by the Company that are returned within (i) twelve (12) months in the case of Nu Skin personal care products and Pharmanex products; or (ii) 30 days in the case of Business Support Materials, of the order date.  Refund shall be made by the Company within 15 days from your request.  The Company does not refund the original shipping costs on Products that you return. In order for the Company to correctly back out the applicable Bonuses on returned Products, you must keep the sales order number from the invoice.  You must provide the sales order number and the original invoice to the Company at the time you request a refund.   The form of the refund will be based on the original form of payment such as a bank transfer or a credit card charge.  Instead of a refund, the Company may choose other alternatives such as a Product credit.  The return of Products may affect your eligibility to receive Bonuses and your pin level, and if Bonuses have already been paid on the returned Products, then the Company will recoup your Bonuses as set forth below in Section 6.9 Chapter 2 in Company Policies and Procedures.   The Company does not provide refunds for Products or Business Support Materials and Services purchased from another Brand Affiliate.  You must seek a refund directly from the Brand Affiliate who sold you such Products or Business Support Materials and Services.

 

The refund policy under Section 4.1(a) may not apply to product promotion.  In such case, specific prior notification will be given.

 

Income Opportunity Transparency. We provide transparency around the income potential of our opportunity. We provide full disclosure of the average monthly commission level of all of our active Brand Affiliates and Brand Representatives, and the percentage of Brand Affiliates at each level of our Sales Program. This is available on our website, during the sign-up process, and can be accessed here.

 

Sales Force Code of Ethics. We ask our sales force to comply with our Nu Skin Code of Ethics which can be found here. If you are aware of a Brand Affiliate or Brand Representative that is not living up to this Code of Ethics, you may report it to our Brand Reputation and Compliance Department by using any of the methods found on the Contact Us page.
