Product Return Policy
Terms applicable to Distributors:
1. Nu Skin will exchange on reasonably sound,unopened, unaltered, resalable, and restockable products (except Sales Aids)sold by Nu Skin that are returned within ninety (90) days of the order date bythe Distributor who purchased the products from Nu Skin (provided that suchexchange must be by way of a product/products exchanged for a product/productsof the same PV or lower).
2. Nu Skin will refund one hundred percent(100%) of the price, less applicable Bonuses (plus applicable tax if prepaid)on reasonably sound, unopened, unaltered, resalable, and restockable Sales Aidssold by Nu Skin that are returned within sixty (60) days of the order date by theDistributor who purchased the Sales Aids from Nu Skin.
3. Nu Skin will refund one hundred percent(100%) of the price, less applicable Bonuses (plus applicable tax if prepaid)on reasonably sound, unopened, unaltered, resalable, and restockable products(except Sales Aids) sold by Nu Skin that are returned within ninety (90) daysof the order date by the Distributor who purchased the products from Nu Skinand requested for a monetary refund.
4. For exchange or refund, the Distributor mustvisit the Nu Skin Singapore Showcase in person and present the originalinvoice.
5. The Distributor acknowledges thatadministrative time and costs will be incurred by Nu Skin to retain productsand/or Sales Aids purchased but remain uncollected by and/or undelivered to theDistributor. Accordingly, the Distributor agrees that IN THE EVENT THAT:-
i) whencollection is to be made by the Distributor and the Distributor fails orneglects to collect any products and/or Sales Aids purchased from the Companywithin seven (7) days from the date of purchase, Nu Skin will deliver thepurchased products and/or Sales Aids to the address as provided by theDistributor at reasonable delivery charges and if such products and/or SalesAids cannot be successfully delivered to the Distributor and the Distributorfails or neglects for whatsoever reason to collect the products and/or SalesAids from the Company within six (6) months from the date of purchase; or
ii) where the Distributor has requestedNu Skin and Nu Skin has agreed to deliver any products and/or Sales Aids to theDistributor but Nu Skin is unable to deliver such products and/or Sales Aids tothe Distributor due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or theunavailability of the named recipient at the address as provided by theDistributor, and the Distributor fails or neglects to collect the productsand/or Sales Aids from Nu Skin within six (6) months from the date of purchase,
THEN upon the expiry of the aforesaidperiod of six (6) months, the Distributor shall be deemed to have irrevocablyand unconditionally, (a) surrendered all rights, title and interest in and tosuch products and/or Sales Aids or to a refund of the purchase price or anypart thereof under this Policies and Procedures; and (b) authorized Nu Skin andNu Skin shall be entitled at its absolute discretion, without any liability orfurther reference, notice or account to the Distributor, to dispose of or dealwith any such products and/or Sales Aids in any manner as the Company deems fitor expedient, including without limitation the donation of such products, SalesAids and/or goods exchanged therefor for charitable and/or humanitarianpurposes.
6. For the complete Product Return Policy,please refer to the Policies and Procedures, a copy of which is provided in theBusiness Portfolio.
7. No return or exchange for discounted orspecial promotional item/package unless the item/package is returned within 90days in reasonably sound, unopened, unaltered, resalable and restockableconditions. All product packages must be returned in full set (including any free giftsgiven with the package) for refund or exchange, otherwise Nu Skin shall deductthe value of all missing items (including any gift given) from the refundamount or exchange value.
8. In case vouchersare used for purchase under this Invoice, Distributor shall also be subject tothe Terms and Conditions stated in the vouchers in addition to the terms statedin the Policy and Procedures.
9. In case of anyinconsistency between the terms and conditions herein and the terms stated inthe Policies and Procedures, the terms in the Policies and Procedures prevail.
Terms applicable toPreferred Customers:
A. If PreferredCustomer is not completely satisfied with the product he/she purchased from NuSkin, the Preferred Customer may return the products purchased for a 100%refund or exchange within seven (7) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundaysand all public holidays) from the date of purchase, provided the product isreasonably sound, unopened, unaltered, resalable, and restockable.
B. The aboveClauses 4, 5 and 8 applicable to Distributors also apply to PreferredCustomers.
