Product Return Policy

 

Terms and Conditions (applicable to Brand Affiliate)

 

1.   I, Independent Brand Affiliate, certify that I am individually responsible for having knowledge of and am in compliance with all applicable Singapore Immigration laws. I will indemnify and hold harmless Nu Skin Singapore, Nu Skin International, Inc. and its affiliates against all liabilities, claims and proceedings resulting from or arising out of my acting as an Independent Brand Affiliate in Singapore. 

 

2.   I agree that I will not purchase more Products than are reasonably necessary to meet the demands and orders of my retail customers. I understand that Products are purchased with the intent of retail in Singapore.

 

3.   I will not place orders in the name of other Brand Affiliates without their prior written authorisation. I agree to provide a copy of such written approval to Nu Skin Singapore upon request as set forth in Chapter 2, Section 3.7 of Nu Skin Singapore’s Policies and Procedures. 

 

4.   If I have chosen to pay for my purchases using a credit card not issued to me, I confirm that the holder to whom such credit has been issued (the “Cardholder”) has consented to such use of the credit card and that the Cardholder has signified such consent by completing and signing the Credit Card Authorization Form. I agree to provide a copy of such written approval to Nu Skin Singapore upon request as set forth in Chapter 2, Section 3.9 of Nu Skin Singapore’s Policies and Procedures. 

 

5.   I agree that Nu Skin Singapore may collect, use and disclose my personal data given in this Invoice for the purpose of administration in relation to the matters referred to herein. If I am a Brand Affiliate of Nu Skin Singapore, I confirm that I have read the provisions regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data set out in Chapter 1, Section 2 of Nu Skin Singapore’s Policies and Procedures and agree to abide by them.

 

6.  Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Nu Skin Singapore will exchange Products purchased directly from Nu Skin Singapore that were incorrectly sent, or are defective, provided that you notify Nu Skin Singapore within 90 days of the date of purchase. If an exchange is not feasible, Nu Skin Singapore may issue a full refund of the purchase price.

 

7.    Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Nu Skin Singapore will:

(i) refund one hundred percent (100%) of the price, less applicable Bonuses (plus applicable tax if prepaid) to me on unopened and resalable Business Support Materials sold by Nu Skin Singapore to me that are returned within sixty (60) days from the date on which the Business Support Materials are shipped to me or collected by me; or

(ii) refund one hundred percent (100%) of the price, less applicable Bonuses (plus applicable tax if prepaid) to me on unopened and resalable Products (except Business Support Materials) sold by Nu Skin Singapore to me that are returned within ninety (90) days from the date on which the Products are shipped to me or collected by me; or

(iii) after deducting an administrative fee equivalent to 10% of the price, refund ninety percent (90%) of the price, less applicable Bonuses (plus applicable tax if prepaid) to me on unopened and resalable Products (except Business Support Materials) sold by Nu Skin Singapore to me that are returned (1) after expiry of the return period specified in paragraph (ii) above; and (2) within the period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

8.   To the extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, a different product refund policy may be adopted for special promotion package and discounted products.

 

9.  For exchange or refund, please visit the Nu Skin Singapore Showcase in person and present the original invoice.  For complete Product exchange/refund policy, please refer to Nu Skin Singapore’s Policies and Procedures, an electronic copy of which is provided in the Business Portfolio.

 

10.  In case vouchers are used for purchase under this Invoice, I understand and agree that I shall also be subject to the terms and conditions stated in the vouchers in addition to the Terms and Conditions stated in this Invoice and in the Policies and Procedures.

 

11.  In case of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions herein and terms stated in the Policies and Procedures, the terms in the Policies and Procedures shall prevail.

 

Terms and Conditions (applicable to Members):

 

1.    If a Member is not completely satisfied with the product he/she purchased from Nu Skin Singapore, the Member may return the Products purchased for a 100% refund or exchange within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, provided the Product is reasonably sound, unopened, unaltered, resalable and restockable. 

 

2.   The above Clauses 4, 5, 8 and 10 applicable to Brand Affiliates also apply to Members.

 

Terms and Conditions (applicable to Retail Customers):

 

1.   If a Brand Affiliate’s retail customer purchases a Nu Skin product directly from Nu Skin, then unless otherwise required by applicable law or a specific product guarantee, Nu Skin will provide the retail customer with a 100% refund on unopened and resalable product if the product is returned within the period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

2.  Retail customers must provide the original sales receipt to the company at the time they request a refund. 

 

3.  The retail customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

 

4.  The refund policy may not apply to promotional product(s).  In such cases, specific prior notification will be given.
