RESTORE ROUTINE

Smooth Body Activating Gel liberally on a single area to be immediately treated (avoiding the face, neck, chest, and groin). Lightly glide the device on a body area in long, upward strokes (from A to B, like in the images below). Then rotate to the next section until the entire body area has been covered.

REVITALIZE ROUTINE

Smooth Body Serum liberally on a single area to be immediately treated (avoiding the face, neck, chest, and groin). Lightly glide the device over the skin up towards the center of your body and back down in slow, circular movements

3-5 times weekly

RECOVER ROUTINE
