What is a LTO (Limited Time Offer) Platform?
When there is a new product launch and we expect a sudden increase in website visitors, instead of placing the new product page on nuskin.com, we put it on the LTO platform for a limited amount of time.
When will the ageLOC® LumiSpa™ Midnight Exclusive Edition Nu Skin LIVE Offer open?
Nu Skin LIVE begins on 6 October 2018 on the LTO platform and includes free shipping with every purchase. It will open at 12:45 PM (CEST) and will end on 6 October 2018 at 23:59 PM (CEST), or while stocks last.
Can I order multiples of the ageLOC® LumiSpa™ Midnight Exclusive Edition at a time?
Yes, there is no limited purchase per ID.

How long will it take to process my order?
Demand for the ageLOC® LumiSpa™ Midnight Exclusive Edition is expected to be very high. Please allow processing times of up to one hour.
Why do I have a Reference Number and an Order Number?
The Reference Number is generated at the time you submit your order and can be used to track the status of your order. The Order Number is generated once your order has been processed and can also be used to track your order.
What do I need to do in order to purchase products for someone else?
If you place an order for the ageLOC® LumiSpa™ Midnight Exclusive Edition on the account of another Distributor, or use someone else’s credit card, you must receive, prior to placing the order, a completed and validly signed Product Order/Credit Card Authorisation Form from such Distributor or card holder.

MasterCard and VISA (for both credit and debit) are accepted .
How can I prevent my bank from declining my payment?
Know your available credit limit and ensure your purchase does not exceed this limit. If you are unsure what your credit limit is or would like to request additional credit, contact the card issuer using the phone number found on the back of your card. Please make sure that your web order limit is high enough. It may also help to let your bank know you will be making a large purchase at Nu Skin on a specified date.
If my credit card is declined will I be able to fix the problem?
Orders with declined credit cards will automatically be rejected. Please submit a new order with a valid credit card. To prevent your card from being declined, make sure you know your available credit limit and ensure your purchase does not exceed this limit. If you are unsure what your credit limit is or would like to request additional credit, contact the card issuer using the phone number found on the back of your card. When will my order be shipped?
Due to a high number of orders placed, your order may have a longer delivery time than usual. Orders will be shipped free of charge.
Can I track my order once it ships?
If the carrier supports shipment tracking that information will be available on the order status page. An automated email with the tracking number is sent with a link to that carrier’s website.
