What is Nu Skin LIVE?

Nu Skin EMEA’s biggest event in 2018. LIVE! isn’t limited to the participants who attend our studio in Copenhagen. It is broadcasted live throughout the world, so tens of thousands of viewers can join Nu Skin’s vibrant community and learn about Nu products, Nu trends, and Nu ideas.

When is Nu Skin LIVE?           

Nu Skin LIVE will be held on Saturday, 06 October, 2018 around brunch time. The exact time is yet to be confirmed.

 

Where will Nu Skin LIVE be hosted?

The LIVE event will be broadcasted from the Danish radio and television studio in Copenhagen. The address is:

Where can I find information about the programme?

Contact your Account Manager or upline for to know more about Nu Skin LIVE and what to expect. Stay tuned for more information as there will be regular reveals from August onwards.

 

Are there different kinds of events I can attend?

Yes. You can either attend the live meeting or watch the streaming of it online. Anyone who wants to view the online streaming of the event can do so. Those who fulfil the registration criteria can also choose to attend the onsite event in Copenhagen.

How do I register for the event?

A link to the registration platform will be sent to you the day that you become eligible to register. When you have registered yourself in the platform and fulfilled payment, you will receive an invoice to your inbox (please also check your spam box) and an e-mail confirming that your registration was successful, after that your seat will be guaranteed. If you need help with the registration system or face technical problems please contact your account manager.

 

I have not received the link to register but am qualified to attend, what do I do?

Contact your Account Manager who will help with resolving the inconvenience.

 

What do the tickets cost to attend the live event?

They will cost approximately €75 excluding VAT. Since the event is hosted in the Denmark it will be charged in the Danish local currency DKK. The total price including VAT is 700 DKK.

 

How can I pay for the event?

You can pay by credit card (MasterCard or VISA).

How many tickets can I buy?

Each qualified account can buy a maximum of two tickets.

 

How will I receive my ticket(s)?

The ticket(s) will be sent to you by e-mail. Please print and bring it with you to the event.

 

Does my ticket cover any meals?

Yes, lunch and drinks are included in the price.

 

I am not from EMEA but would like to join the meeting, what do I do?

Contact your Account Manager who will be able to help.

 

Can I bring a guest to the event?

Each qualified account is permitted to buy two tickets. You can bring anyone except another Distributor. You may only bring a Distributor guest if that person is a significant other (i.e. spouse, co-habitant, sibling, parent or child).

 

How do I cancel my registration?

In case of unfortunate events that you can no longer attend, please contact your local Account Manager.

Can I resell my ticket?

No, all tickets are personal and no resale is permitted.

What is the dress code?

Come dressed in business smart attire.

Will the camera be recording me?

The audience attending the live event will be filmed and streamed live.

Is Nu Skin allowed to film me?

Yes, in the terms and conditions you approved during the registration process, you gave Nu Skin permission to film and share recordings of you. For more information, see terms and conditions.

Can I bring my children to the event?

Children older than 12 years are able to attend as long as they have a guest ticket bought. This ticket will be counted as a normal ticket and will be counted as normal attendees in regards to the maximum 2 tickets per account. As the show is broadcasted live, we will unfortunately not be able to have children younger than 12 attending the event.

 

 

LIVE STREAM

 

Where can I view the event?

LIVE! is the biggest event of the year, and we want as many people to enjoy it with us as possible. All you need is a device with internet and video capabilities, and you’ll be able to participate in LIVE! We recommend watching it at the comfort of your own home and in a small group gathering.

Do I have to pay anything to watch the online event?

For watching the streaming session, no. However, if you are attending a local event, a fee might be charged for joining it. Contact the facilitator of the meeting for more information.

My account ID isn’t working! Can you help?

Don’t worry! Contact your local market for support.

I don’t have an account ID, can I still watch the LIVE stream?

No—not by yourself. However, you’re more than welcome to watch the live stream with someone who does have an account ID.

What are the Nu Skin LIVE hashtags?

You can join the LIVE! hype by using any of our official Nu Skin LIVE! hashtags in your social media posts: #nuskinLIVE.

 

What social media platform should I use?

Any you want! But posts made on Facebook or Instagram, may be shown in the social media stream on our live stream site during the event.

When should I fly in?

We would recommend that you arrive on Friday, 05 October. If you are unable, we recommend that you land no later than 8:00 am in the morning of 06 October.

 

What hotel should I stay at?

We recommend that you have a look at www.hotels.com. There you can chose a hotel of your preference, both in terms of location, properties and price.

 

How do I get to the venue?

Depending on where you are, we recommend either taxi or public transport.

Information about public transport can be found on www.rejseplanen.dk The metro station DR Byen St. is only a 3-minute walk from the venue and costs approximately €2 from the city centre.
