When and where does the Create History Nu Skin EMEA Convention 2014 take place?

The “Create History” Nu Skin EMEA Convention 2014 takes place in Barcelona, Spain, on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 September.

Registration


How do I receive my ticket(s)?

If you purchased them by 31 August, you should have received them by post. If you did not receive them, please pick them up onsite, at the registration desk at the Convention centre.
 



Can I still join the Convention even though online registrations are closed?

Yes, we will be happy to welcome you onsite.

Please contact your Account Manager or local Customer Service so that we can prepare for your arrival. For more information, go to www.emeacreatehistory.nuskin.com and navigate to the “Ticket” page.



When can I check in onsite at Convention?

Registration check-in will open as of 08:00 AM,  Friday, 19 September. To see published agendas for exact times, go to www.emeacreatehistory.nuskin.com and navigate to the “Programme” page.
 



What will I need to bring with me to Barcelona?

You will need to bring your badge or confirmation email if you did not receive your badge via post.

Also, any other tickets that you have purchased via our Convention website, www.emeacreatehistory.nuskin.com, such as:
- Force for Good Gala ticket (if you purchased a seat/table)
- Translation device voucher (if you purchased one)
- Ruby+ Leadership workshop & Star reception invitations (if you qualified)
 



Can I invite guests (non-Distributors) under my account?

Yes, you may purchase Convention Guest tickets under your ID number.
 



Does my Convention ticket cover any meals?  

Your Convention ticket will not cover any meals.

There will be an independent catering service present at the Convention venue, offering a selection of dishes suited for various tastes.
 



Can I bring my child and if so, do I need to register him/her?

Yes, children are allowed to enter but please note that this is a professional event and that there are no activities planned for them. You also need to purchase a ticket for all children above the age of 16 (16 incl.). Under 16, children can access the Convention for free and without a ticket. We do not have a special ticket for children, it will be a “guest ticket”. Guest ticket is the same price as the normal ticket. Please also note these guests with free entrance could have to give up their seat to guests in case there is none left.
 


Cancellation


How do I cancel my registration?

Nu Skin shall not refund anything for cancellation having occurred after 15 August, 2014.

Will I be able to participate in the TR90 Limited Sales Offer?

Any Distributors or customers with a valid promotion code and a Nu Skin ID number can purchase TR90 during this Limited Sales Offer. In order to get a promotion code, you must be registered for the Create History Nu Skin EMEA Convention 2014, or alternately, you must receive one from a registered attendee. All Convention attendees* will receive 5 promotion codes. Each code gives access to purchase up to 2 TR90 packages. Please note that there is a limit of maximum 2 packages per ID number and that stock is limited. All promotion codes are transferable and unique, but can only be used once.

*Market registration restrictions may apply. Guest tickets to Convention will not be taken into account.



If I register onsite will I be able to participate in the TR90 Limited Sales Offer?

Yes, if you register onsite you will be able to participate in the TR90 Limited Sales Offer. You will receive your promotion codes in the week following Convention*. Go then to ordertr90.nuskin.com and follow the instructions to benefit from the Limited Sales Offer. Please take into account that the Limited Sales Offer ends on 30 September.

*Market registration restrictions may apply. Guest tickets to Convention will not be taken into account.

Do I pay extra for interpretation services?

Yes. You should have normally received your ticket if you ordered it online. Bring it along with you. If you did not purchase it online with your Convention ticket, you can still purchase a translation voucher onsite. If you purchase your tickets onsite, you will need to buy a translation ticket as well at the same time.
 


MISCELLANEOUS


Will there be assigned seating for the General Session?

Yes, for Team Elites and New Blue Diamond Executives. They will be assigned a specific section of the arena. Staff at the arena will assist you in finding your assigned section.

Outside this assigned section you may sit anywhere you like.

What is the dress code?

General Convention attire is business casual.
