- Glucomannan is a dietary fibre that has a remarkable ability to absorb water, which means it forms a viscous, gel-like mass in the stomach when mixed with liquid. This swelling provides a “mass effect” that can lead to a decrease in subsequent energy intake. When used with increased physical activity and an energy-reduced diet, TRME MyGoal may assist the weight loss in healthy individuals.
- While Glucomannan in TRME MyGoal may help you lose weight, it does not directly target a specific area of your body but weight in general. To decrease body fat without muscle loss, you should follow a healthy eating plan and exercise regularly. Combining complementary medicines like TRME MyGoal with a healthy lifestyle can help you reach your goals of losing weight. Please keep in mind that muscle mass is heavier than fat, so gaining weight is not always an indicator of an unhealthy direction you’re taking on your journey.
- There is no magic pill when it comes to weight loss. To achieve positive results, you need to combine TRME MyGoal with healthy, sustainable habits, including regular exercise. Thanks to Glucomannan, TRME MyGoal is designed to help you make those important changes as you work towards your weight management goals. If you need inspiration, you can consult our eating and exercise plans.
- One of the core principles of an eating plan is to manage calories while still consuming balanced portions of healthy foods. Vitamins C, B6, and B12 are important vitamins that should be obtained through nutrition. Thanks to their presence in TRME MyGoal, the complementary medicine contributes to energy yielding metabolism, with vitamin B6 also contributing to metabolising carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
- The powder of TRME MyGoal gets thicker when mixed with a liquid, because of the Glucomannan, present in the formula, that absorbs water and forms a viscous, gel-like mass. This is why it’s recommended to consume the mixture of TRME MyGoal and liquid before it thickens.
- TRME MyGoal can be mixed with any cold beverages or food products, as long as the blend contains at least 250 ml of cold liquid. It’s not recommended to mix TRME MyGoal with a hot beverage, as that would speed up the thickening process. So, you can mix TRME MyGoal into your cup of TRthriv Focus Tea (1.8 g per serving) if you use cold water.
If mixing with food products, such as yoghurt, you should drink a big glass of water after the consumption. As TRME MyGoal is flavour-free, do not hesitate to mix it with your favourite mixable food or drink!
