Order Status & Tracking

Nu Skin accepts: American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and PayPal. 

Direct Debit is also available for Subscription customers.

If you find that you need to cancel or modify your order, you may only do so by calling Customer Care at 1-801-345-9900 and speaking with our Orders Department (Option 1). 

Because of our commitment to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible, your order may have already shipped by the time you call. In this case, our Orders Department can assist you with your specific situation.

While logged in to your account, click the person icon next to your name in the top-right corner. Then select “Orders” and click “History.”

Click the tracking link in your confirmation email or visit the "Orders" section of your account for real-time updates.

Standard Shipping

  • One-time orders: $4.99
  • Subscription orders: $2.99

Express Shipping: $15.00

Premium Shipping: 

  • Weekdays: $35.00
  • Saturday delivery: $45.00
  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days. (up to 10 business days depending on location).
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Premium Shipping; 1 business day

Place your order by 2:00 p.m. (MT) to have it shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (MT) will ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

Log in to your account, go to "Orders", and select the item(s) you'd like to return. Follow the guided return steps or contact Customer Care for assistance.

We provide 100% refund on items returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Customer: All products are eligible for a refund. 
Member & Brand Affiliates: Only unopened products are eligible for a refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
If you purchased your product through a Brand Affiliate, returns must be handled directly by that Brand Affiliate. 

Brand Affiliate are required to follow local laws regarding order cancellations, as outlined on the retail sales receipt. If local laws provide additional rights, those rights will also apply to you as the customer.

To request a refund, you must submit your request within the cancellation period stated on your receipt and return the product. The Brand Affiliate is required to issue the refund for returned products within 14 days of receiving your request.
