1. How did you qualify for the Go Double Leadership Incentive?
I have an incredible team that is growing.  In this business you do not tell people what to do but instead show them and lead the way.  If you are working with new people then your team will work with new people.


2. How many people did you talk to each day to get you here?
I get three new contacts daily and then make follow up calls as well as help and support the team.


3. What were your goals leading up to this achievement?
My goal was to help 2 people reach this and one was short of just a few thousand points.  When you set big goals then reaching part way there is still a great accomplishment.


4. What is your next step?  What new goals have you set?
It is time to go up in pin titles myself and show the way to the team that it can be done.  In 2012 my goal is to have 12 teams.  It seems fitting to go for 12 in 2012.


5. What is your favorite motivational quote?
The biggest loss in life is the difference between your potential and your actual achievement.


6. If you could tell others one thing to help them to achieve the Go Double Leadership Incentive, what would it be?
Talk to people.  When you are in massive action and talk to enough people you really do not care what their response it and when there is so much happening the small challenges seem insignificant.

7. What do you plan to do with the $1,000?
I will be spending the money when at convention in Salt Lake City.
