1. How did you qualify for the Go Double Leadership Incentive?
By leading by example. My goal was to become a Diamond by May 31, 2011 for the meeting in Cannes.  I told my partners about it 4 months before that date and I've achieved my goal. That way I could PROVE that you need to take a TRUE DECISION, to SET DEADLINES and to work constantly to reach your goals.

2. How many people did you talk to each day to get you here?
It depends, I focus mostly on positive and enthusiastic people. If that kind of people attracts me, then they will attract others. I'm truly interested in them, I ask about their hobbies, there's a real exchange. When I meet them for the first time, I make them curious about my business so that they want to know more about it... the goal is to make an appointment to really talk about the Nu Skin business.

3. What were your goals leading up to this achievement?
Nu Skin is a WIN-WIN business: by helping others to succeed, you will succeed.

4. What is your next step?  What new goals have you set?
Blue Diamond in 2012 by building a strong business. I work deep within my lines, by working with the most motivated people, no matter their depth.

5. What is your favorite motivational quote?
I'd rather live my dreams than dream my life.

6. If you could tell others one thing to help them to achieve the Go Double Leadership Incentive, what would it be?
Know your WHY and your partners', lead by example, people do what you do. Show them that it's working!! Set your goals, give them a deadline and help your partners to set theirs, it's a team work. Work constantly with your most motivated leaders, and don't forget, brains work like a GPS. Set a destination and you will reach your goals.

7. What do you plan to do with the $1,000?
I'll combine business with pleasure by spending a weekend in Milan in a luxurious 4-star spa hotel to follow up my contact with the owner.
