• Backorder: Orders accepted despite current unavailability and will be fulfilled on the date provided on the invoice.

• Last Chance: Limited time left to purchase.

• Discontinued: Permanently withdrawn from production and sales.

The product is on backorder because it is currently out of stock, but orders are being accepted and will be fulfilled once new stock becomes available.

Any item on backorder will be shipped separately to other items on an order at no cost to the customer, when the backordered product arrives.  The estimated date that the product will be shipped is shown on the product page.  Dates can be subject to change.  If there are other products on an order, these will be shipped at the time of purchase.

Product discontinuation timelines vary by market, so please check with your market representative to get specific dates.

If a product has been discontinued in some markets and not others, it is likely because the product has not been meeting the desired sales threshold in particular markets and/or we believe its replacement product will deliver similar—or more enhanced—benefits.
