Turn on the device by pressing the power button.

Place the pad of your index finger over the lens. The scan will begin automatically.

The lights will circle for 15 seconds while the scan is in progress. When complete, a single flashing light will show your Prysm Score colour zone.

After 10 seconds, the lights will turn off and the device will be ready for the next scan.
Recommendation(s)
- Place Prysm iO on a flat, level surface before scanning. Keep your finger in place throughout the scan for accurate results. Keep the device away from water and moisture. Make sure your finger is clean and dry. Align the centre of your fingertip with the centre of the scanning lens as accurately as possible. Make sure your finger fully covers the lens to block any external light during the scan. Remain still during the 15- second scan.
- Note: If no scan is initiated within 1 minute, the device will automatically power off. Data may be anonymized and kept for a longer period of time. Users may request access (or erasure) of their data by following the [Data Subject Rights] [Privacy Center] link on our website and in the Prysm App. Users wishing to share their data with a third party can submit such a request through the link mentioned above.
