When you have a subscription order, you are automatically enrolled into Nu Skin’s Rewards, you will be eligible to receive the following rewards:

Nu Skin Rewards is designed to provide benefits to all members and customers on subscription. Your subscription will provide the best member and customer prices offered by Nu Skin as well as the lowest shipping costs on every subscription order.
Milestone Reward Vouchers*
2 x RM40 (TOTALING RM80) VOUCHER:
You will receive two (2) RM40 vouchers (totaling RM80) when you make two (2) consecutive months of product purchases with a minimum of 50PV each month on a single invoice under subscription. Each voucher can be applied to a purchase with a minimum of RM300 in a single invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the calculation of purchases. Additional rewards or discounts may also be awarded for ad hoc events, milestones, or other experiences at Nu Skin’s discretion. The Milestone Reward is only awarded on purchases made through Nu Skin’s system under subscription. Purchases made directly from a Brand Affiliate do not qualify for Milestone Reward.

What rewards do I receive for continued subscription use?
Nu Skin Rewards has no levels/tiers and no confusing point systems. It is simple and easy. Nu Skin Rewards is based on subscription orders. When you subscribe and purchase monthly products, you will continue to receive perks and save. When it comes to what is most important in this program, it is all about maintaining your monthly subscription, and that is it! No opt-ins, no extra work, just one subscription order a month and you are a part of it!
Should you cancel your monthly subscription, you will not receive perks from this program. But you can always join again by setting up a subscription as a member or retail customer and start to buy every month again.

Here’s the step-by-step guide on how to subscribe to the Nu Skin Subscription Program:
1. Log in to your online web account.
2. Enter the product name in the search bar.
3. Select the purchase type: "Subscribe", then click "Subscribe Monthly".
4. Click "View Cart". To proceed, click "Continue".
5. Choose your preferred type of monthly enrollment: "Ship Always" or "Default". Then click "Continue" to proceed.
6. For "Default", select your shipping address or click "Edit" to change it. To proceed, click "Continue".
7. For "Ship Always", choose your shipping method (pickup or delivery). To proceed, click "Continue".
8. Click "Edit" to update your billing information. To proceed, click "Continue".
9. If you choose "Ship Always", select the preferred date for your order to be processed.
10. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions". To proceed, click "Continue".
11. Click "Place My Order".

No. There is no cost to join Nu Skin Rewards.
Who is eligible to join Nu Skin Rewards?
The Nu Skin Rewards Program is available to registered members and Brand Affiliates who are legal residents of Malaysia and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address.
*Qualifying Brand Representatives & Above are not eligible to participate in the Nu Skin Rewards Program. If a Brand Affiliate attains Qualifying Brand Representative status after receiving Nu Skin Rewards benefits, he or she will no longer be eligible to receive these benefits.
What is a Subscription?
A subscription is a recurring, monthly order. You can change products on your subscription each month online through Subscription Management. There are no time commitments and no order amount commitments.
How can I skip or place a hold on a Subscription?
If you would like to skip and/or place a hold on your monthly shipment, you may do so by going online to www.nuskin.com or by contacting your local Support Center. By doing so however, you will have to start over on your consecutive monthly count in subscription. For example, if you have placed a subscription for 2 consecutive months, then decide to skip a shipment- you will start over with month 1 when you decide to reorder through subscription.
