With this discounted package, you agree to purchase ageLOC Me Custom Sets for a minimum of five months. After 5 months of loyalty you will receive a bonus of 150 ADR Points—that is like getting the ageLOC Me Device for free.

3) Nu Skin reserves the right to withhold final approval of any and all program rewards pending verification of compliance with your Distributor Agreement, the Sales Compensation Plan and Policies and Procedures (collectively the “Contract”), and with the rules, terms and conditions of this program. Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) audit any Distributorship and disqualify any Distributor if Nu Skin deems that the Distributor has violated the Contract; or (ii) suspend or discontinue the program if any Distributor misconduct or other such actions impair the integrity of the program, or if otherwise required by law.
4) The program is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all relevant federal/provincial/state/local laws and regulations.
5) IF YOU HAVE EXECUTED A DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT OR PREFERRED CUSTOMER AGREEMENT WITH NU SKIN, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM WILL BE RESOLVED AND SETTLED PURSUANT TO THE RULES AND PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 7 (ARBITRATION) OF THE RELEVANT NU SKIN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
6) The laws of the State of Utah shall govern the program. All mediation, arbitration or other legal action will be performed within the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Utah. You waive any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue and dispute resolution procedures.
7) This program may only be participated in or from the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Canada, and only by legal residents of those markets. Distributors or customers from any other jurisdiction or non-residents of the jurisdictions listed above are not eligible. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, invalid or illegal by any court of competent jurisdiction, such unenforceability, invalid or illegal provision shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement. Failure of either Party hereto to insist upon strict compliance with any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of any similar right or power hereunder at any subsequent time or of any other provision hereof. By participating, participants release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the program.
