- *An in vivo study has been conducted on female subjects between 25–60 years of age with mild to moderate cellulite on their upper thigh, upper arms and/or abdomen who were recruited to use an ageLOC WellSpa iO regimen. 33 of them used the following regimen: ageLOC Body Polish as an exfoliating cleanser, three times per week, in the above areas, the WellSpa iO device with ageLOC Body Serum for three minutes, three times per week, and ageLOC Dermatic Effects twice daily. Each area was evaluated by clinical grading and self-perception at baseline and weeks two, four, eight, and twelve. The back of the upper thigh was also evaluated by Cutometer instrumentation at these same time points.
- The LumiSpa and WellSpa devices and the Vera App (collectively, “Devices”) collect data generated during use. This includes details about the device functions and your routines, habits, app settings, and preferences. The connected product generates data only when actively in use. Continuous or real-time data generation is not supported. Device function data (such as battery level) is stored on the device and all other data is stored only remotely. Data associated with the device will be retained for the shorter of the following time periods: (1) for so long as an account is active, (2) until deleted at the request of the connected device owner, or (3) ten years. Data may be anonymized and kept for a longer period of time. Users may request access (or erasure) of their data by following the [Data Subject Rights] [Privacy Center] link on our website and in the Vera App. Users wishing to sh are their data with a third party can submit such a request through the link mentioned above. Users reaching out through a third party will be asked to verify their request through email by responding to an email once the request has been started by the third party.
