What happens to Members who currently participate in the Automatic Delivery Rewards Program (ADR)?
For those Member accounts currently participating in ADR as of May 31, 2021 their benefits will be transitioned to Nu Skin enJoy Rewards. Nu Skin’s Automatic Delivery Rewards (ADR) program is going away May 31, 2021, and while you’ll no longer receive awards and discounts under the ADR program, you’ll be enrolled in Nu Skin enJoy rewards and continue to receive the same benefitsyou currently receive through the ADR programwith nointerruption.

Will I still be able to earn points for my purchases?
Yes, because you are an active ADR subscriber, you’ll continue to earn the same benefits you enjoy today. Just maintain an active subscription (formerly known as an ADR order).
Starting June 1, 2021, you will no longer earn ADR points but start to earn enJoy points. You will continue to earn enJoy points at the same rate you currently earn ADR points.
For example, if you currently earn 20%back on your ADR purchases you will earn 20% back on all your purchases through enJoy Rewards.
What happens to my ADR points?
Your current ADR points will convert to enJoy points and retain their original expiration date. Any new points you earn under the enJoy Rewards program will expire 90 days after you earn them.
Will ADR points convert directly to enJoy points?
Yes, any existing ADR points will be converted to enJoy points on June 1, 2021.
Will May's new ADR participants receive ADR reward points on June 1st?
Yes, they will still receive points on June 1st for their May purchases. These points will be converted to enJoy Points and be added to their account on June 1, 2021.
What will happen to my points balance if I return a product which I have earned points for?
Points earned on an order are deducted when the order is refunded, and the return is settled.
When are my enJoy points awarded?
Product points are awarded after the product purchase is successfully processed. This will happen approximately 4-24 hours after the order is processed.
Is there a limit when redeeming my points?
Yes, you can use points to discount up to 50% of your order.
How can points be redeemed?
enJoy points may be redeemed directly through Nu Skin channels (online, on the phone or at Walk-in/Experience Centers). Simply apply your enJoy Points during the checkout process.
Can you use enJoy points on subscription packages?
No. EnJoy points cannot be redeemed on subscription or other discounted packages.
Does my tier status expire?
Your status for Tier 1 Basic and Tier 2 VIP will remain the same if you stay enrolled in the Nu Skin enJoy Rewards program and maintain the behaviors to earn into those tiers. (For example, maintaining an active monthly or bi-monthly subscription for Tier 2 VIP.). Your status for Tier 3 Luxe VIP is good for 12 months starting from the date you qualify for the Luxe VIP status, as long as you maintain your active monthly subscription. After that, you will need to renew the Luxe VIP status by meeting the annual spend and subscription requirements.
What will happen to my Luxe VIP status that I have just achieved after I return my order?
If your return brings down your total Luxe VIP qualification spending below the required amount, you will move back to Tier 2 VIP status until the annual spend requirement is met. Otherwise, you will maintain your Luxe VIP status.
What is the definition of subscription? Does that mean the same package every month?
A subscription is a recurring, monthly order. You can change products on your subscription each month online through Subscription Management. There are no time commitments and no order amount commitments, unless you are going for Luxe VIP status-- then you will need to purchase $800 USD annually (equivalent in your local currency).
Are you able to skip a monthly shipment?
Yes. If you'd like to skip your monthly shipment, you may do so by going online to www.nuskin.com or by contacting your local Support Center.
How often can you skip a monthly shipment?
As often as you would like.
Are VIP and Luxe VIP Members required to have a subscription?
Yes. To earn all the benefits of VIP and Luxe VIP, a subscription is required.
Is there a limit when redeeming my points?
Yes, you can use points to discount up to 50% of your order.
What has changed with ADR?
Nu Skin enJoy Rewards is a new way to save on your favorite products! Nu Skin’s Automatic Delivery Rewards (ADR) program is going away on May 31, 2021, and while you’ll no longer receive awards and discounts under the ADR program, your same level of benefits have been extended to enJoy Reward as long as you maintain your current subscription. The products you currently purchase through the ADR program on a subscription basis will continue to ship with no interruption.
