Epoch Collection Donation Programme

Do you know how you can make a difference in the lives of people in Malawi?

Nu Skin Europe has created a new collection, presented in a reusable African motif box; which includes six best-sellers from the Epoch® product line for an advantageous price.

Made from plant extracts, Epoch® products offer an excellent way to take care of your skin and the world around you.  In fact, for every Epoch® product sold, Nu Skin® donates US$0.25 to the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation®, and one tree is planted in Malawi thanks to your Epoch® Body Butter purchase. In addition, from every sale of this Epoch® Collection, Nu Skin Europe will donate €4 to the Force for Good “Build a Village” project.

The “Build a Village” project is the most ambitious project that Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation® has ever undertaken. The objective is to build a “living classroom” village where farmers from across Malawi will be educated and trained in numerous disciplines such as farming (fish, sustainable and tree), drip irrigation, forest conservation and much, much more.

With the donation from this collection, very specific projects will be financed such as:

  • Providing education for 50 farmers who will start a two-year training course in September 2009. Nu Skin® will finance books and school supplies so that these farmers will have all necessary material to attend the Build a Village courses.

  • The second project that we will devote ourselves to is the purchase of 50 hectares of land in order to increase the area for farming.  By the end of 2010, our aim is to collect enough money for this project, which will give the Mtalimanja farmers a bigger terrain to put the techniques they learn as self-sufficient farmers into practice.

Thanks to your donations, our first mission is now achieved. In fact, we have obtained the amount necessary to purchase books and school supplies for the new group of students who started their two-year agricultural course at Mtalimanja Village in September 2009.

Help us spread the word about our Force for Good work in Malawi. Even a small donation could make a world of difference in the lives of people in Malawi.
