Steve Lund

Steven J. Lund
Executive Chairman of the Board, Executive Director of Nourish the Children

 

Steven J. Lund serves as executive chairman of the board for Nu Skin Enterprises. He also serves as the executive director of the company’s Nourish the Children initiative, which has facilitated the donation of more than 400 million meals to malnourished children around the world.

 

Lund has served as executive vice president of Nu Skin International (NSI) since 1985 and in other various roles since that time, including vice chairman of the board from 2006 to 2012, president and chief executive officer from 1996 to 2003 and president and chief executive officer of Nu Skin Asia Pacific (NSAP) from 1996 to 1998.

 

Lund has served on the board of directors for the U.S. Direct Selling Association, and has participated in various civic and religious leadership roles; he served as chairman of the Utah Valley University board of trustees and was recently appointed to the Utah State Board of Regents.

Before joining Nu Skin Enterprises, Lund worked as an attorney in a private law practice after earning a Juris Doctorate degree from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School (1983).


Truman Hunt

Truman Hunt
President, Chief Executive Officer
 

Truman Hunt was appointed president and chief executive officer of Nu Skin Enterprises in 2003. Under his leadership, the company operates in 53 markets.

 

Hunt is focused on the company’s mission to be a force for good throughout the world by empowering people to improve lives with rewarding business opportunities, innovative products, and an enriching, uplifting culture. Hunt serves on the executive board for the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation.

 

In 2012, Hunt was named a CEO of the Year by Utah Business magazine. Hunt is also active in industry associations, serving as chairman of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations from 2005 to 2008 and member of the United Stated Direct Selling Association (DSA) Executive Committee. He currently serves as chairman of the board of directors for the United States DSA.

 

Hunt has served in various positions with Nu Skin since 1994, including executive vice president from 2001-2003 and general counsel from 1996-2003. Prior to joining Nu Skin, he was president and chief executive officer of Better Living Products, Inc., a company involved in the manufacture and distribution of housewares products sold through traditional retail channels. Prior to joining Better Living Products in 1991, he was a securities and business attorney in private practice. Hunt earned a bachelor degree in business management from Brigham Young University and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Utah. 


Neil H. Offen 

Former President and CEO of Direct Selling Association

 

Neil Offen has served as a director at Nu Skin Enterprises since July 2011. Prior to joining the company, Offen served as president and chief executive officer of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) from 1978 through 2011. In addition, he served as secretary of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations and as vice chairman of the Direct Selling Education Foundation. Before joining DSA in 1971, Offen was legislative and administrative assistant to a United States Congressman and, prior to that, served with the U.S. Department of State’s Agency for International Development. A member of the D.C. Bar, Offen received his juris doctor degree from George Washington University and his bachelor degree from Queens College.


Daniel W. Campbell

Managing General Partner, EsNet, Ltd.

 

Daniel W. Campbell has served as a director at Nu Skin Enterprises since March 1997 and currently serves as the Lead Independent Director and as Chair of the compensation committee. Campbell has been a managing general partner of EsNet, Ltd., a privately held investment company, since 1994. From 1992 to 1994, Campbell was the senior vice president and chief financial officer of WordPerfect Corporation, a software company, and prior to that was a partner of Price Waterhouse LLP.

 

Campbell received a bachelor of science degree from Brigham Young University. He was recently elected as Chair of the Board of Regents, the governing body for the Utah System of Higher Education. Campbell is also active in the community, serving on a number of public and private boards.


Andrew D. Lipman

Partner, Bingham McCutchen, LLP

 

Andrew D. Lipman has served as a director of our company since May 1999. Since 1988, Lipman has been a partner and head of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group of the Washington, D.C. law firm of Swidler Berlin, LLP. Swidler Berlin recently merged with Bingham McCutchen LLP, an international law firm, and Lipman continues his position with Bingham McCutchen. From 1987 to 1997, Lipman also served as Senior Vice President for Legal and Regulatory Affairs for MFS Communications, Co., a competitive telecommunications provider. He also currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of Sutron Corporation, a provider of hydrological and meteorological monitoring products, and The Management Network Group, Inc., a telecommunications-related consulting firm. He received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Rochester and a juris doctorate degree from Stanford University.


Thomas R. Pisano

Recently retired as President and CEO, Overseas Military Sales Corporation

 

Thomas Pisano's career has spanned 40 years, with 25 years in the direct selling industry. A seasoned veteran from Avon, Pisano held key leadership positions at the company including vice president of global business development, area vice president for the Americas, area vice president for Latin America/Pacific. Recently Pisano retired as president and chief executive officer of Overseas Military Sales Corp. which operates in 30 countries worldwide. Prior to this role, Pisano worked as the company's chief operating officer for five years. He also spent two years as vice president and head of The Topps Company's international division. Pisano graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor degree in industrial management, and earned a master of business administration degree from Dartmouth College with an emphasis in finance and marketing.


Nevin N. Andersen

Retired


Andersen is an accomplished professional with more than 40 years of experience in various financial management roles. Andersen spent nearly 24 years with Shaklee Corporation in various financial roles, including serving as Shaklee's chief financial officer from April 1990 through early 2003 when he retired. In 2005, Shaklee asked Andersen to return to serve as an interim chief financial officer and assist with the transition to a new chief financial officer, which concluded in February of this year. Prior to his work at Shaklee, Andersen worked with the auditing firm Price Waterhouse & Co. for 10 years and as an officer in the U.S. Army Finance Corps. Andersen graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in accountancy. 


Edwina D. Woodbury

President and CEO, The Chapel Hill Press, Inc.

 

Edwina D. Woodbury has served as president and CEO of The Chapel Hill Press Inc. since 1999. Her prior experience includes more than 20 years in the direct selling and personal care products industries, having served at Avon Products as chief financial officer and administrative officer and in other finance and operations positions from 1977 to 1998.

 

Woodbury has also served on numerous boards across several industries in addition to her current service as chair of the board of the nonprofit Medical Foundation of North Carolina. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sandie_Tillotson

Sandie N. Tillotson
Senior Vice President

 

Sandra Tillotson is a founder of Nu Skin. In 1984, Tillotson helped found Nu Skin, assisting in the development of the original Nu Skin product line and the establishment of the company’s unique global marketing plan. Tillotson was also a member of the company’s Board of Directors until 2012. Her leadership has helped Nu Skin develop into a global multi-billion dollar anti-aging company.

 

As early as 1993, Working Woman magazine named Sandra Tillotson one of the top 10 female business owners in the U.S. In 2001, Feminine Fortunes magazine awarded her the honor of being one of just 50 "Women of the New Millennium" alongside Katie Couric, Oprah Winfrey, and Sandra Day O'Connor. In 2011, Tillotson was recognized as one of 30 Women to Watch by Utah Business magazine. In 2015, Tillotson was awarded the prestigious “Mover and Shaker Trailblazer Award” by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) SLC Chapter for her inspiring leadership, hard work and service to the Utah community.

 

Tillotson is also involved in many philanthropic efforts. She is a trustee of the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation, a private foundation established to improve the lives of children by offering them hope for a life free from disease, illiteracy and poverty. Tillotson also serves as vice president of Seacology, an international environmental non-profit organization that focuses on saving endangered species, habitats and cultures of islands throughout the world. Tillotson has a bachelor’s degree in education from Brigham Young University and taught in various Utah public schools.


Chang

Joseph Y. Chang, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President, Product Development

 

Joseph Y. Chang, Ph.D., was appointed Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Development in February 2006. A prolific author, Dr. Chang has published numerous articles, reviews and books on pharmacological research during his more than 20 years in the health care industry, including the New York Times best seller, The Aging Myth. Dr. Chang enjoys a comprehensive knowledge of both the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industries and serves as a member of the Executive Committee for Nu Skin Enterprises. Prior to joining the company, he served as president and chief scientific officer of Pharmanex, which was acquired by Nu Skin in 1998.

 

Prior to Pharmanex, Dr. Chang served as both president and chief scientific officer at Binary Therapeutics, Inc. from 1994 to 1997 and at OsteoArthritis Sciences, Inc. from 1991 to 1994. He has also held various executive research management positions at Wyeth-Ayerst, Rhone Poulenc Rorer and other biotechnology companies, where he was involved in researching natural products for arthritis and cancer treatment. He received a bachelor of science degree from Portsmouth University and a doctorate degree from the University of London.


Scott

Scott E. Schwerdt
President, Americas Region

 

Scott Schwerdt is the President of the Nu Skin Americas Region.  Prior to his appointment, Schwerdt served as President of the former Nu Skin Americas, Europe and Pacific Region and President of North America for Nu Skin Enterprises. He also served as Vice President of North America/South Pacific Operations from 1992-1996, and as Vice President of Europe for Nu Skin Enterprises from February 1996 to December 1998.

 

Schwerdt joined Nu Skin Enterprises in 1988 as a Communications Representative and in December 1989 became Director of Distributor Services. Prior to joining Nu Skin, he was a Senior Resource Manager at the Department of Defense in Washington, D.C. from 1984 to 1988. Schwerdt earned a bachelor degree in international relations from Brigham Young University.


Ritch Wood

Ritch N. Wood
Chief Financial Officer 

 

Ritch Wood was appointed Nu Skin’s Chief Financial Officer in November 2002. Wood previously served in various capacities at Nu Skin including Vice President of Finance, Vice President New Market Development, Director of Finance New Market Development and Division Controller for Pharmanex.  He also played a key role in opening many European countries for Nu Skin during an expatriate assignment from 1995 to 1997. Prior to his assignment in Europe, he served as the Assistant Director of International Tax.

 

Wood worked for the international accounting firm of Grant Thornton prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises in 1993. He earned a bachelor of science and master of accountancy, taxation emphasis, from Brigham Young University, and in 2010 was named the CFO of the Year by Utah Business Magazine.


Matt Dorny

D. Matthew Dorny
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

 

D. Matthew Dorny was appointed Vice President and General Counsel for Nu Skin in 2003. From 1998 to 2003, Dorny served as the Assistant General Counsel for Nu Skin Enterprises. Prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises, Dorny was a securities and business attorney in private practice. Dorny received a bachelor of arts, master of business management and juris doctorate degrees from the University of Utah.

 

 

 


Ryan

Ryan Napierski
President, Global Sales and Operations

 

Ryan Napierski currently serves as President of Global Sales and Operations. Prior to his current appointment, he has been serving as the President of Nu Skin’s North Asia region and President of Nu Skin Japan.

 

Napierski has also served as President of Nu Skin Japan and as Vice President of Business Development for the North Asia region. He has fulfilled multiple positions for Nu Skin since joining the company in 1995, including a dual role overseeing corporate strategy for the Japan market and acting as Vice President of Global Business Development for Corporate Distributor Success, acting as General Manager for the United Kingdom, Vice President of European Business Development and Key Account Manager for United States executives.

 

Napierski has a bachelor’s degree in business, a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University and a master’s degree in international business from Goethe Universitat in Germany.

 


Regional Executive Management: North Asia

Ryan Napierski

President, North Asia Region 

 

Ryan Napierski serves as the President of Nu Skin’s North Asia region and President of Nu Skin Japan. Prior to his current appointment he served as President of Nu Skin Japan and as Vice President of Business Development for the North Asia region. Napierski has fulfilled multiple positions for Nu Skin since joining the company in 1995, including a dual role overseeing corporate strategy for the Japan market and acting as vice president of global business development for corporate distributor success, acting as general manager for the United Kingdom, vice president of European business development and key account manager for United States executives.

 

Napierski has a bachelor’s degree in business, a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University and a master’s degree in international business from Goethe Universitat in Germany.


Luke Yoo

Vice President, North Asia Region, President and General Manager, Nu Skin Korea


Luke Yoo is the vice president of the North Asia region and also serves as president and general manager of Nu Skin Korea. Yoo joined Nu Skin as vice president of Nu Skin Korea in December 1998 and continued as the general manager of the Pharmanex Division for Nu Skin Korea until September 2003. In October 2003, Yoo was appointed president and representative director of Nu Skin Korea. Prior to joining Nu Skin, he was a partner consultant at East West Consulting in the United States. He received bachelor's degrees in both business management and computer science at Brigham Young University-Hawaii. He also studied at the graduate school of the University of Hawaii.



Regional Executive Management: Greater China

Andrew Fan

President, Greater China Region


Andrew Fan is the president of the Greater China region, overseeing Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. He previously served as regional president of the Southeast Asia region. Fan has been with Nu Skin since 1991, and has supported and participated in the successful opening of 12 markets in Asia. Fan graduated from the City University of Hong Kong in 1988, holding a bachelor's in business studies. In January 2007, he was appointed as a member of the university council and as the founding chairman of convocation for the university. Currently, he is the chairman of the Nu Skin China Children's Heart Fund, honorary board member of the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation of Thailand and a committee member for the ASEAN Children Heart Surgery Fund. Fan has extensive direct selling experience and is currently a member of the Association Advisory Council in the Asia/Pacific Region for the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations. He was previously a member of the Board of Directors for the federation; in the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Direct Selling Association from 1997 to 2002, including two terms as the president; and in the Executive Committee and Membership Committee for the Direct Selling Association of Singapore in 2002.


Patrick Yeung

Vice President, Strategic Planning and Development, Greater China Region


Patrick Yeung currently serves as vice president of strategic planning and development for Nu Skin's Greater China region. Previously, Yeung was the vice president of sales development and the general manager of Nu Skin China, where he managed the sales department and the operation of Nu Skin stores. Yeung has also been the general manager in Nu Skin Malaysia (2003), Nu Skin Brunei (2004) and president of Nu Skin Thailand and the Philippines (2005-2007) as well as regional director of sales development for Southeast Asia where he played a key role in the openings of Nu Skin Thailand, Philippines, Singapore and Indonesia. Prior to joining Nu Skin, Yeung served as the regional director of ethics and compliance in the Asia Pacific region for another multi-national direct selling company. He has a bachelor's degree from the Hong Kong Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale.


Angela Lau

President, Nu Skin Hong Kong


Angela Lau is the president of Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong. She joined the company in September 1991 as a communications executive, responsible for the company's distributor support function. She was promoted to distributor support manager (1995), director of operations (1999), general manager (2002) and president (2004). Lau has nearly 20 years of experience in direct selling and currently serves as the president of the Hong Kong Direct Selling Association. Previously, Lau was a treasurer of the association. Lau has a Master's of Business Administration degree from Heroit Watt University.


Charlene Chiang

President, Nu Skin Taiwan


Charlene Chiang joined Nu Skin Enterprises in 1993 and currently serves as president of Nu Skin Taiwan. Previously she served as president of Nu Skin Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. She has also served as general manager of the Pharmanex division for Nu Skin Taiwan. Prior to joining Nu Skin, Chiang worked at a leading advertising agency. Chiang has served on the National Biotechnology Medical Development Committee of Taiwan since 2001. She received her bachelor's in literature from Fu Jen Catholic University. 


Keynes (Chaodong) Li

Vice President, External Affairs and Chief Representative of Beijing office, Greater China


Keynes Li was appointed vice president of regulatory affairs for Greater China in 2004. In this role, he is responsible for promoting communication between Nu Skin Enterprises and key regulating departments in China and providing counsel on relevant laws and regulations. He has been the chief representative of the Nu Skin Beijing Representative Office since 2000. Since January 2005, he has concurrently served as the general manager of the Northern China Regional Office of Nu Skin. Prior to his current roles, he served as director of sourcing and China development at Pharmanex from 1996 to 2000 and was a key member of Pharmanex' founding staff.


Prior to joining Nu Skin, Li was vice president of China operations at Synde Inc. and worked on the planning committee of the Shanghai People's Government from 1982 to 1989. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Fudan University in Shanghai China, a graduation certificate in law from the Shanghai Judicial Administration College and a graduation certificate in economic management from the Hong Kong Management Association.


Owen Messick

Vice President of Finance, Asia and the Pacific/Chief Operating Officer, Nu Skin China


Owen Messick was appointed as vice president of finance for Asia in August of 2003. In this role, Messick leads the finance and accounting teams for the company's Asian entities. Messick joined Nu Skin Hong Kong in September of 1991 as the finance manager in Hong Kong and was appointed as the Asian regional controller a few years later. Prior to joining Nu Skin, he worked for the international accounting firms of Ernst and Young and Arthur Andersen specializing in taxation. Messick is a certified public accountant and graduated from Brigham Young University with a master's and bachelor's degree in accounting.


Regional Executive Management: South Asia and the Pacific

Melisa Tantoco Quijano

President of the Southeast Asia Region


Melisa Quijano serves as the president of the Southeast Asia region, bringing nearly 30 years of sales and marketing experience to the role. Previously, Quijano was the vice president of market services for the company's global Distributor Success Organization based in the U.S. She also served as regional director for Southeast Asia, general manager for Nu Skin Malaysia and Nu Skin Thailand and regional marketing director for the Southeast Asia region. Melisa serves as an honorary board member of the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation of Thailand and a committee member of the Southeast Asia Children's Heart Fund. Prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises, Quijano had management positions for the Asian operations of Tupperware, Sara Lee Direct Selling Asia, S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. and Warner Lambert Inc. Quijano earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines where she was a University Scholar.


Pakapun (Vicky) Leevutinun

General Manager, Nu Skin Thailand


Vicky Leevutinun has been general manager for Nu Skin Thailand since 2003, supervising all day-to-day company strategy and operations. She joined Nu Skin Enterprises in 1996 as an international assistant manager, where she assisted in opening the Korea, Malaysia, China and Thailand markets. Leevutinun is also a member of the board for the Direct Selling Association of Thailand, the Health and Food Association of Thailand, the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation and is chairman of the Southeast Asia Children's Heart Fund. Leevutinun plays a major role in providing assistance for less fortunate children in Thailand and in other regions of Southeast Asia. A Chulalongkorn University alumnus, Leevutinun graduated a bachelor's degree in accounting with a business administration emphasis. She later attended the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University where she earned a master's degree in business administration. She has been the secretary of the Utah Alumni Association in Thailand since 1999. 


Regional Executive Management: Americas and Europe

Scott E. Schwerdt

President, Americas, Europe and Pacific


Scott Schwerdt was named president for the Americas and Europe region in March 2006, and in 2008 became the president of the Pacific region as well. He also served as vice president of North America/South Pacific Operations from 1992-1996, and as vice president of Europe for Nu Skin Enterprises from February 1996 to December 1998. He joined Nu Skin Enterprises in 1988 as a communications representative and in December 1989 became director of distributor services. Prior to joining Nu Skin, he was a senior resource manager at the Department of Defense in Washington, D.C. from 1984 to 1988. Schwerdt earned a bachelor's degree in international relations from Brigham Young University.


Mikael Linder

President, Europe


Mikael Linder was named president of the European region in March 2006. Previously, Linder served as general manager in Scandinavia and as Nordic regional manager since 2001. Prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises, Linder worked on Oriflame's New Market Development team, focusing on opening additional markets at a high speed. He also acted as a general manager for Oriflame's Sri Lanka market where he participated in building a platform in India among other tasks. Linder received a Master of Law (LLM) degree from the University of Stockholm and has also studied commercial and corporate law at the London School of Economics.


Greg Darlington

Vice President of Regional Marketing, Americas & Europe


Greg Darlington has served as vice president of regional marketing for the Americas and Europe since September 2008. In this role, Darlington is responsible for integration of the company's brand position and marketing message in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to his current assignment, Darlington worked in China where he served as Nu Skin China's vice president of sales and development since March 2004 and before that as Nu Skin Taiwan's vice president of sales development from 2002 to 2004. Darlington joined Nu Skin Enterprises in 1989 and has more than 20 years of Nu Skin experience, having served as director of marketing for Nu Skin, Pharmanex and Big Planet, director of U.S. marketing and director of web services. Darlington earned a bachelor's degree in international relations from Brigham Young University and a Master's of Business Administration from Rutgers University. He also serves on the Business Advisory Council for the Miami University of Ohio Farmer School of Business.


Jorge Serrano

Senior Director, Latin America Operations and Sales


Nu Skin welcomed Jorge Serrano in May 2009 as the senior director of Latin American operations and sales. Jorge will oversee the company's six Latin America markets and will assist in the growth and development of the U.S. Hispanic Market. Jorge joins Nu Skin with more than 19 years of sales experience in both the United States and Latin America. He has an executive MBA from University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor of arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
