Statement of Approval

My agreement hereby agrees and grants permission to Nu Skin together with its parent company, affiliated companies, and related agencies and all its agents, directors and employees (together, "Nu Skin Group") reserves the right to, at any time, use my name, photographs, professional ratings, affiliations and statements (including but not limited to these Testimonials) relating to the sharing of my experience in using Nu Skin and Pharmanex products for any purpose set forth in the Company's Policies & Regulations, the Company's Personal Data Protection Notice, and all its forms, in the form of video publications, VCDs, DVDs, Nu Skin Group magazines, websites, and other printed and audio visual materials.


I agree to the permission of all rights and benefits obtained by Nu Skin Group in this case applicable worldwide. To avoid hesitation, I waive my rights to Nu Skin Group from and for all legal action that may arise or result from the use of my name, photographs, professional ratings, affiliations, and statements (including but not limited to these Testimonials).


I release, release and will not sue Nu Skin Group for all liabilities arising as a result of any third party claims or claims, including incidental costs, relating to the use of Testimonials. I understand that consent given to a Statement of Consent ("Letter") may be revoked in writing at any time, except in the event that it has been included in this agreement.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This contest is open to all Nu Skin Singapore Brand Affiliates and above.
  2. Contestant must complete at least 1 set of the ageLOC TR90 System (90 days program).
  3. Contest Finalists will be required to attend specified Nu Skin events for the purpose of promoting this contest or its related products.
  4. Limited to one entry per Brand Affiliate and above.
  5. All contestants must submit a digital format of before and after photographs (at least 1MB size) to sgcontest@nuskin.com.
  6. Nu Skin Singapore reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or amend and substitute the prizes of comparable value at its discretion, without prior notice to contest finalists.
