Executive Brand Director
"Change is the key to progression."
A fresh accounting graduate with big goals, Brandon Natal first learned about Nu Skin from his business mentor, Clinton Zheng. At that time, Brandon joined Nu Skin while helping his mother with their family business.
While he enjoyed what he was doing, he felt that he had already honed his skills and experience from his family business. Nu Skin, on the other hand, empowers Brandon the opportunities to explore entrepreneurship and develop new business skills. In 2018, he took the leap and ventured into Nu Skin wholeheartedly.
"In the beginning my mother got really upset that I decided to do Nu Skin full-time," Brandon says. "The last thing I wanted was to make her unhappy, but I knew I had to give Nu Skin a shot because it was the right choice for me. It took her awhile to come around, but she finally did after she saw how well I was doing. I let my results speak for themselves. Now both my mom and dad are very supportive of what I do."
Thanks to Brandon’s tenacity, hard work and commitment to the business, growth and achievement came swiftly for him. His recent achievement of the Executive Brand Director title further fuels his passion for the business. Currently, he is expanding his business to the Indonesia market with the help of his father who is based in Jakarta.
For Brandon, persistence is important, but he believes achievement comes from positive changes. "Change is never easy, but necessary especially if things are not working out. After all, as Einstein once said, "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results." If you are not getting the results you want, find out what is stopping you from succeeding, then make the necessary changes. It can be a personal trait, a mindset or a bad habit. That's how we grow into better versions of ourselves," Brandon advises.
Personal growth is one of the reasons Brandon finds Nu Skin a fulfilling endeavour. Throughout his Nu Skin journey, challenges on the home front as well as in business have taught him a lot about connecting with others and building good relationships. He also learned to be a better leader to his team. “My team consists of many young and energetic millennials. With millennials, there is a lot of nurturing to do to help them do their best. It's always inspiring to see young leaders grow and mature in this business. I am fortunate to have good mentors who have been with me all the way. My achievement is their achievement too.”
