In before and after photos, the following must be consistent:

- Lighting

- Background

- Clarity and resuolution

- Makeup (Minimal if any)

- Body positure and pose

- Angle of face and facial expression

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This ageLOC # DiscoverMe Contest (“Contest”) is open to all Nu Skin Singapore distributors only.

2. To participate in this Contest, you must meet the following guidelines:

i. You must be a user of ageLOC Me for at least 3 months; and

ii. You shall not engage in any unhealthy practices during the Contest period to ensure accurate results.

3. The judging criteria is as follows:

i. Overall improvements after using ageLOC Me (70%); and

ii. ageLOC #DiscoverMe story sharing (30%).

4. Contest entries have to be submitted by the cut-off dates: 13 April 2017 (Q2), 13 July 2017 (Q3), and 13 October 2017 (Q4).

5. One final winner (“Winner”) will be selected by a panel of judges who are the management of Nu Skin Singapore (“Nu Skin”) at its absolute discretion. The Winner may be required to attend a specific Nu Skin’s event for the purpose of promoting the Contest or the related products (“Event”). The Winner must make himself/ herself available on the Event date, otherwise the prize may be forfeited.

6. You may only submit one entry per quarter in this Contest. Incomplete or inaccurate Contest submissions will be disqualified.

7. By participating in the Contest, you agree and give your consent that Nu Skin may collect, use and disclose all and any of your photographs, name, age, profiles, and any other personal data or information provided to Nu Skin when you register for the Contest for the purpose of administration in relation to the Contest, for promoting the business or products of Nu Skin at any time in future without compensation to you and for all the purposes set out in Nu Skin’s Personal Data Protection Notice and Section 2 of Chapter 1 of Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures.

8. You agree that your Contest entry and any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. You hereby warrant that your Contest entry and all information which you submit will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights or interests of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing, religious or threatening. If Nu Skin has any reason to believe your Contest entry is not your own work or otherwise breaches the terms and conditions of this Contest, Nu Skin may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject it and disqualify it without giving reasons. In the event you breach this warranty, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nu Skin and its affiliates from and against all proceedings, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of such breach.

9. All prizes awarded are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash and do not carry Personal Sales Volume (PSV) and Commissionable Sales Volume (CSV).

10. Nu Skin accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or injury incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize. Nu Skin further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other properties relating to or resulting from your participation in the Contest.

11. Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Contest without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Nu Skin’s absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Contest

12. Nu Skin reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions and substitute the prize with item(s) of comparable value at its absolute discretion

without prior notice.

13. In the event of any dispute, Nu Skin reserves the right to make the final decision.

14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance

with the laws of Singapore.
