TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Program will cover the Product Replacement of a purchased ageLOC LumiSpa device from Nu Skin Philippines on the 2nd year or from the 13th to the 24th month from the date it was purchased.

1. All Nu Skin Philippines Brand Affiliates with an ageLOC LumiSpa 100PV or 150PV purchase starting January 01, 2020 from Nu Skin Philippines can avail the ageLOC LumiSpa Extended Warranty Program.

2. To ensure one can avail the ageLOC LumiSpa Extended Warranty, the Brand Affiliate with any ageLOC LumiSpa 100PV or 150PV purchase must accomplish an ageLOC LumiSpa Extended Warranty Form and settle Php 300 on the same day of the ageLOC LumiSpa 100PV or 150PV purchase. If Nu Skin Philippines does not receive the ageLOC LumiSpa Extended Warranty Form within the given time period, the ageLOC LumiSpa Extended Warranty Program can no longer be availed.

3. The new unit given for replacement is subject to a one-time replacement within 12 months after it has been released to the customer.

4. Any defective ageLOC LumiSpa beyond its one-year warranty with a proven manufacturer’s defect are eligible for product replacement. Any signs of misuse, mishandling or dropping of device are no longer eligible for the said warranty program.

5. Damage due to unforeseen events (earthquake, fire, flooding) are not covered within the ageLOC LumiSpa Extended Warranty.

6. ageLOC LumiSpa Extended Warranty is non-transferrable.
