STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY-
By entering the My Collagen+ Rules (“Challenge”), you are agreeing to the following Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry:

STANDARD TERMS

The Challenge details available on the Nu Skin Pacific website, social media, and information on prizes and how to enter the Challenge form part of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry.

WHO CAN ENTER

Entry to the Challenge is open to all Brand Affiliates from within the Pacific Region (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia and New Caledonia). Employees and their immediate families may not enter the Challenge.

You must be over the age of 18 to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Challenge:

· First, snap a photo or create a video no longer than 1-minute of how you like to take your daily dose of Beauty Focus™ Collagen+ Get creative and remember whilst you can mix Collagen+ with both cold and warm drinks, it’s important that it doesn’t get mixed or incorporated into anything over 80 degrees Celsius to ensure it doesn’t hurt the efficacy of the product. Any recipes that do not meet this rule will be immediately disqualified from the challenge. Treat the photo or video like your own special advertisement for Collagen+ to your social media friends.

·Make sure to include in your post how to make your recipe and include the ingredients, directions, and title of your creation. You can download our recipe card here: https://bit.ly/3kEtZNp

·Then, make sure you have joined the Nu You Challenge group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1975796132726550 and either like the Nu Skin Pacific Facebook page or follow us on the Nu Skin Pacific Instagram page. You must ensure that you have joined the Nu You Challenge Group and either like the Nu Skin Pacific Facebook Page or follow the Nu Skin Pacific Instagram to be eligible to win.

·Then, upload your photo or video to either your personal Facebook Page* and share it to the Nu You Challenge page or post it to your Instagram page and tag @nuskinpacific. Either way, make sure you use #mycollagenrules so we can view your entry. *If you are posting on your personal Facebook page, please ensure it is set to public so we can view your video. If you do not want to make your page public, you can post your photo or video on the Nu You Challenge page.

·The time period of the Challenge is from 9am AEST Wednesday, 1^st of September 2021 until 11:59pm AEST Tuesday, 21st of September 2021.

· All entries must be submitted between the Challenge timeframe. Late entries will not be accepted. By entering the Challenge, you accept these Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry.

· All video content must comply with our Policies and Procedures, guidelines and local laws.

· Judging will occur on Wednesday 22nd of September 2021. The judges’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about the Challenge or the judge’s decision(s).

·Nu Skin will select what is in their opinion the three (3) best entries.

·Brand Affiliates behind the winning entries (” Winners”) will be notified by email or social media by Monday, 27^th of September 2021.

PRIZES

The winner of the challenge will be awarded with a Nu Skin Company Credit of AU$250.

The 2^nd and 3^rd place winners will be awarded with 1x Beauty Focus™ Collagen+. The winners will also be featured in our What’s Nu? Newsletter in October.

·All compliant submissions have the chance to be featured in our Beauty Focus™ Collagen+ online recipe book that will be created after the completion of this challenge.

·Prizes are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash. Nu Skin Pacific accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prizes (or any part of them). Nu Skin Pacific reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any part of it) for an item of comparable value at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Prizes do not come with Personal Sales Volume or Commissionable Sales Value.

·The Company credit prizes will be added to your Nu Skin account on or before Thursday, 30th of September 2021. Sales Volume is credited when Company credit is used.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering this Challenge, you agree to grant Nu Skin Pacific the right to collect, use and disclose your name, age, Brand Affiliate identification number, email address and other personal information for the purposes of the Challenge, publication in marketing as well as promotional materials and for all the purposes set out in Chapter 1 Section 2, of Nu Skin Pacific’s Policies and Procedures.

By entering this Challenge, you agree to grant Nu Skin Pacific, without compensation, gain or rewards, the rights and permission with respect to all contents of your entry for the Challenge to use, reuse, publish and republish (with no limitation on the number of times used) the same in whole or in part.

NO LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Nu Skin Pacific makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Prizes. To the extent permitted by law, Nu Skin Pacific shall not be liable for any loss or damage, or for any personal injury that may be caused as a result of participating in the Challenge or using any Prizes.

· Nu Skin Pacific reserves the right to disqualify and or/exclude any entries from the Challenge, for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry and/or the Company Policies and Procedures.

· Nu Skin Pacific reserves the right to withhold Prizes pending verification of the Winner’s compliance with the Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry.

· Nu Skin Pacific reserves the right to amend the Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

· You represent and warrant that your Challenge entry and all information which you submit to Nu Skin Pacific will not infringe the intellectual property privacy or any other rights or interests of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing, religious or threatening. In the event you breach this warranty, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nu Skin Pacific from and against all proceedings, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of such breach.

·TikTok, has updated its Community Guidelines to prohibit the posting or sharing of content that promotes or depicts multi-level marketing schemes. Consistent with our mission to be a force for good, and in order to uphold the company’s reputation, we are asking that all Brand Affiliates immediately cease any and all promotion of the Nu Skin products and business opportunity through the TikTok platform. Please note that Brand Affiliates may continue to utilize TikTok for non-Nu Skin related personal use.

· In the event of disputes regarding the Challenge or the Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry, Nu Skin Pacific shall have the right to make the final decision.

·The Challenge is a game of skill and does not require permits from any authority. None of the above paragraphs limits any other.

· If you are a Brand Affiliate of Nu Skin Australia, the Challenge and the Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. If you are a Brand Affiliate of Nu Skin New Zealand, the Challenge and the Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
