Centurial Star Expedition Leadership Bonus

Centurial Star Expedition Leadership Bonus (“CSELB”) is organized by Nu Skin International, Inc. and Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC (“the Company”).

 

Target: Brand Representatives of the Company who registered in Hong Kong or Macau

 

Qualification Period:

From January 2019 to December 2021

 

Qualification Baseline Month:

December 2018

 

Computation Month:

June and December of every year during the Qualification Period

 

Qualification Requirements:

1.     The CSELB qualifier develops 250,000 incremental Sales Volume, which is the total sum of the Sales Volume from the qualified downline Brand Representatives within the paid generations when comparing to the Qualification Baseline Month during the Qualification Period; and

2.     The CSELB qualifier has at least one incremental G1 New Star during the Qualification Period.

 

Qualification Rules:

1.     CSELB will take effect from January 1, 2019.

2.     During the Qualification Period, if the Brand Representative (1) no longer satisfies the requirements of qualification for CSELB Bonus (including but not limited to disqualification arising from a product return); or (2) violates these Qualification Rules (including but not limited to manipulation of the Sales Compensation Plan), the Company’s Policies and Procedures and any applicable laws and regulations, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the Brand Representative and claw back any bonus received by the Brand Representative. The Company may take corresponding actions against the Brand Representative in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.

3.     The Company reserves the right to audit and assess the validity of Brand Affiliate accounts and their related Sales Volume. Any Brand Affiliate account that violates the requirements set forth in the Sales Compensation Plan will be considered invalid and may result in disciplinary action. Brand Affiliates shall not purchase or encourage others to purchase excessive products to advance or maintain the pin title of Brand Representative, and the Company may disregard any Brand Affiliate account that fulfilled the Qualification Requirements of CSELB by purchasing large quantity of products, unless the Brand Affiliate can establish that they have resold these excessive products which are not reasonable for personal consumption and such explanation is accepted by the Company.

4.     The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this CSELB at any time at the Company’s sole discretion.

5.     The Company reserves the right of interpretation of CSELB, including but not limited to the defined terms.

6.     In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version of this CSELB and its English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.

*To qualify for any pin level you must meet all the requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales. Not all Brand Representatives succeed or make money. Generating meaningful compensation as a Brand Representatives requires considerable time, effort, and commitment.

Centurial Star Expedition Leadership Bonus – Starter Bonus (“CSELB-SB”) is organized by Nu Skin International, Inc. and Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC (“the Company”)

 

Target:

Brand Representatives of the Company who registered in Hong Kong or Macau

 

Qualification Period:

From January 2019 – December 2021

 

Qualification Baseline Month:

December 2018

 

Computation Month: June and December of every year

 

Qualification Requirements:

1.     The CSELB-SB qualifier develops 75,000 incremental Sales Volume, which is the total sum of the Sales Volume from the qualified downline Brand Representatives within the paid generations when comparing to the Qualification Baseline Month during the Qualification Period; and

2.     The CSELB-SB qualifier has at least one incremental G1 New Star during the Qualification Period.

 

Qualification Rules:

1.     This CSELB-SB will take effect from January 1, 2019.

2.     During the Qualification Period, if the Brand Representative (1) no longer satisfies the requirements of qualification for CSELB-SB Bonus (including but not limited to disqualification arising from a product return); or (2) violates these Qualification Rules (including but not limited to manipulation of the Sales Compensation Plan), the Company’s Policies and Procedures and any applicable laws and regulations, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the Brand Representative and claw back any bonus received by the Brand Representative. Centurial Star Expedition Leadership Bonus – Team Elite Bonus (“CSELB-TE”)

Centurial Star Expedition Leadership Bonus – Team Elite Bonus (“CSELB-TE”) is organized by Nu Skin International, Inc. and Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC (“the Company”).

 

Target:

Brand Representatives of the Company who registered in Hong Kong or Macau

When Nu Skin Greater China reaching the revenue targets in Phase I and Phase II as below, Brand Representatives who have achieved the Qualification Requirements below are entitled to the CSELB-TE bonus (hereinafter referred to as “CSELB-TB Bonus”):

 

Greater China Revenue Target:

Phase I: reaching USD 2 billion in 2020 or in the year that Greater China revenue reaches USD 2 billion.

Phase II: reaching USD 3 billion in 2021 or in the year that Greater China revenue reaches USD 3 billion.

 

Computation Month:

Phase I: December 2020, or December in the year that Greater China revenue reaches USD 2 billion.

Phase II: December 2021, or December in the year that Greater China revenue reaches USD 3 billion.

 

Qualification Requirements:

1.     The CSELB-TE qualifier must have qualified for the CSELB Bonus during the Phase I or Phase II of CSELB-TE; and

2.     The CSELB-TE qualifier has incremental G1 New Stars which match with his/her cumulative CSELB achievement in the years Greater China reaches revenue targets; and

3.     Leadership: the CSELB-TE qualifier must have qualified for the Greater China Success Trip in the years that Greater China reaches revenue targets; and

4.     Team Elite: the CSELB-TE qualifier must have qualified as Presidential Director in the years that Greater China reaches revenue targets.
