QUALIFICATION RULES FOR SUCCESS TRIP

 

Incentive Activity: 2020 Australia Success Trip (“Success Trip”)

 

Date of Trip: To be confirmed

 

Qualification Period: January 2019 - December 2019

 

Qualification Method: For Brand Affiliate who has selected to join Velocity during the Qualification Period or already opted-in to Velocity before the Qualification Period

 

1、   If a Brand Affiliate who has not been a New Star before the Qualification Period

1)      One participant from the Brand Affiliate account is entitled to attend the Success Trip if the Brand Affiliate becomes a New Star1 and has a minimum of 10,000 Sales Volume each month together from his/her Group plus G1-G6 while maintains as an incentive2  title Executive Brand Partner or above for 4 months, the qualification month to become a New Star must be fallen within the Qualification Period;

2)      Two participants from the Brand Affiliate account are entitled to attend the Success Trip if the Brand Affiliate becomes a New Star1 and has a minimum of 13,000 Sales Volume each month together from his/her Group plus G1-G6 while maintains as an incentive2  title of Executive Brand Partner or above for 4 months, the qualification month to become a New Star must be fallen within the Qualification Period.

 

2、   If a Brand Affiliate who has been a New Star before the Qualification Period

1)     One participant from the Brand Affiliate account is entitled to attend the Success Trip if the Brand Affiliate maintains the 2018 highest  title3 or above for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period and creates 1 New Star4;

2)     Two participants from the Brand Affiliate account are entitled to attend the Success Trip if the Brand Affiliate maintains a higher incentive2  title than the 2018 highest  title3 for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period.

 

Transition Plan:

 

I.           If a Brand Affiliate who has started the New Star qualification before December 2018 but has not been a New Star before the Qualification Period

1)     One participant from the Brand Affiliate account is entitled to attend the Success Trip if the Brand Affiliate becomes a New Star1 and has a minimum of 10,000 Sales Volume each month together from his/her Group plus the G1- G6 while maintains as an incentive2  title of Executive Brand Partner or above for 4 months, and the month become a New Star is fallen within the Qualification Period;

2)     Two participants from the Brand Affiliate account are entitled to attend the Success Trip if the Brand Affiliate becomes New Star1 and has a minimum of 13,000 Sales Volume each month together from his/her Group plus the G1-G6 while maintains as an incentive2  title of Executive Brand Partner or above for 4 months, and the month to become a New Star is fallen within the Qualification Period; or

3)     Two participants from the Brand Affiliate account are entitled to attend the Success Trip if the Brand Affiliate becomes a New Star; has a minimum of 10,000 Sales Volume each month together from his/her Group plus G1-G6 while maintains as an incentive  title of Executive Brand Partner or above for at least 6 months within 12 consecutive months; and in the 6th month maintains as the incentive  title of Executive Brand Partner or above and the month become a New Star must be fallen within the Qualification Period.

 

II.           If a Brand Affiliate who has been New Star before the Qualification Period and at least one of the qualified months within the Qualification Period is achieved under the Wealth Maximizer Plan.

 

1)     One participant from the Brand Affiliate account is entitled to attend the Success Trip if the Brand Affiliate maintains the 2018 highest  title3 or above for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period and creates 1 new star4;

2)     Two participants from the Brand Affiliate account are entitled to attend the Success Trip if Brand Affiliate maintains a higher incentive2  title than the 2018 highest  title3 for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period and creates 1 new star4.

 

Attendance Rules:

In addition to fulfill the above-mentioned requirements of Qualification, qualifier who intends to attend the Success Trip must remain as an incentive2  title of Senior Brand Partner or above two months before the month of departure for the Success Trip (if the departure date for Success Trip is in May 2020, then the month before departure is March 2020).

 

Remarks:

1.     New Star: Maintains as an incentive  title of Executive Brand Partner or above for a minimum of any 4 months for the first time within 12 consecutive months. The month to become a New Star is the 4th month that the New Star maintains an incentive2  title of Executive Brand Partner or above. Brand Affiliate from the market outside the Greater China Region who has met the New Star requirements will be qualified as a Global Star. Global Star cannot attend the incentive activities within the Greater China Region.

 

2.     Incentive  title

1) Brand Affiliate under Wealth Maximizer Plan cannot use grace month as qualified month for incentive  title. If the first generation of the qualifier is a PEXEC or DEXEC or a Brand Representative who has used the Flex Block, or that Brand Representative has less than 4 building blocks after being promoted within the promotion month, then he/she must have at least one downline with the  title of Brand Representative or above (regardless of generations but not Brand Representative who has used the Flex Block, or that Brand Representative has less than 4 building blocks after being promoted within the promotion month) in order to be counted as a qualified G1 Brand Representative and the Brand Representative is thus recognized as “incentive  title”.

2)Brand Affiliate under Velocity cannot use Flex Block as qualified month for incentive  title. If the first generation of the qualifier is a Brand Representative who has used Flex Block, or the Brand Representative has less than 4 building blocks after being promoted within the promotion month, he must have at least one downline with the  title of Brand Representative or above (regardless of generations but not a Brand Representative who has used the Flex Block, or that Brand Representative has less than 4 building blocks after being promoted within the promotion month) in order to be counted as a qualified G1 Brand Representative, and must meet the requirements below:

3.     The highest  title means the highest incentive  title maintained for any 4 months in 2018. The highest  title for Brand Affiliate who has been a New Star before the Qualification Period is Executive Brand Partner or above. The highest  title for the new Presidential Director is whom received the title of Presidential Director in 2018.

 

4.     Create 1 New Star: qualifier’s G1 Brand Representatives include a New Star. The creation of a Global Star is also considered as a Star Creator.

The following criteria must be met in order to be qualified as Star Creator:

The upline Brand representative of the New Star in the Qualification Month for the New Star is called the Designated Upline of the New Star. The Designated Upline of the New Star would be considered as a Star Creator if he/she maintains as incentive  title of Executive Brand Partner or above for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period within which the Qualification Month falls.

 

5.     The qualification rules for the Brand Affiliate whose highest  title in 2018 is Presidential Director is same as the Executive Brand Director.

 

6.     Regarding the qualification rules for new Presidential Director, the qualifying Presidential Director must complete qualification by the end of January 2020.

 

7.     Brand Affiliate who has qualified Presidential Director in 2019 and at least one of the qualified months in the Qualification Period is achieved under the Wealth Maximizer Plan, must have no less than 100,000 Sales Volume within the paid generations (Sales Volume within the Group plus from G1 to G6) in December 2019.

 

8.     If Brand Affiliate has selected to join Velocity during the Qualification Period, he/she can use any combination of the qualified months achieved under Wealth Maximizer plan and Velocity in order to qualify for the Success Trip.

 

9.     For the Brand Affiliate who meets the eligibility requirement of “one participant from the Brand Affiliate account is entitled to attend the Success Trip”, NU SKIN will arrange this Brand Affiliate to share the hotel room with another Brand Affiliate of the same gender.

 

10.  NU SKIN reserves the right to recoup the recognition received by the said qualifier or an amount equivalent to the recognition if any of the following occurs:

1)     if the qualifier no longer satisfies the requirements for recognition following a product return after deducting Sales Volumes of the returned products; or

2) if the qualifier violates NU SKIN’s Policies and Procedures or any applicable laws and regulations.

 

11.  NU SKIN reserves the right to make changes, interpretation and decision regarding any matters of these Qualification Rules.

 

12.  In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version of these Qualification Rules and its English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
