Betty Chan and Michael Leung were 20-year veterans of the banking industry when they were introduced to Nu Skin. Although they both held management positions, they were dissatisfied with their jobs and what their future would be like if they continued with their banking careers. They knew their reward was not promising and the busy life has gradually taken away their health and time. By getting to know Nu Skin, they could envision a better life in the future. Therefore they choose to develop Nu Skin business even though at the time they were unfamiliar with the direct selling business model.
Today, they have built a big team and are the Circle of Excellence II. They are healthier and have more freedom of time. They are away from the unnecessary “shackles” from the traditional work and live freely. For Michael, the greatest advantage is he can fully control his lifestyle. Betty believes that Nu Skin changed her values and she found that life is full of choices. She pleasures in getting to know so many outstanding partners, and can work with her relatives and friends which improve the relationship with each other.
In Nu Skin, Michael feels his biggest challenges are changing himself and communicating with others. However, he believes that Nu Skin brings him a bright future. Thus, it is worth paying more efforts. With the guidance from their upline, Jacqueline Chang, they continue to work hard to fulfill their dream. As Team Elite Executives, they travel around the world to support charity projects. For them, making a difference in others’ lives is an integral part of their own mission in their lives. Meanwhile, they also help their team members reach their goals.
