With more flexibility in our ageLOC Me® Automatic Re-Ordering Program (“ageLOC Me® ARO Program”) to our distributors to select our products, NU SKIN is pleased to announce that with effect from May 1, 2018, our existing Automatic Re-Ordering Program (18 months) and ageLOC Me® ARO Program will be merged into a new Automatic Re-Ordering Program (18 months) (“ARO Program”) , and the requirement of 100 Personal Sales Volume (PSV) will be reduced to 50PSV.
Our distributors will also be entitled to the following discounts according to the Automatic Re-Ordering Program Enrollment Agreement (hereunder “Enrollment Agreement”) if you place any order carrying at least 50 PSV each month on or before the Date of Purchase (as defined under the Enrollment Agreement) under the revised ARO Program (6 months or 18 months).
Distributors who has subscribed for a 6-month ARO Program are entitled to
- purchase PHARMANEX® and NU SKIN products at 10% discount of the wholesale price, including ageLOC Me® product set (Calibration Set or Custom Product Set).
Distributors who has subscribed for a 18-month ARO Program are entitled to
- purchase PHARMANEX® products and ageLOC Me® product set (Calibration Set or Custom Product Set) at 25% discount of the wholesale price; and
- purchase NU SKIN products at 10% discount of the wholesale price.
To align with these changes, NU SKIN’s Distributor Agreement and the Enrollment Agreement will be revised accordingly and the revisions will take effect on May 1, 2018. A full version of the revised Distributor Agreement and the Enrollment Agreement will be available at www.nuskin.com.hk.
