How can I create an account?
To create an account:
- Click on Sign In in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This will open up a drop-down box. Click on "Sign up Today!"
Select either CREATE A BRAND AFFILIATE ACCOUNT or CREATE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
Ensure you are signing up in the correct market:
- Complete all the fields
- Click on Continue
How do I update my personal details in my account?
To update your personal details (name, address, phone number or email address), please send an email with a completed Brand Affiliate Agreement Form containing the information you wish to update to Nu Skin Brand Affiliate Support (email@example.com). You can also call 1-800-487-1000, Option 4, and speak directly with one of our Brand Affiliate Support agents who can provide you with their direct email address.
I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one following these steps:
- Click on Sign In
- Click on Forgot Password
- Fill in your email address and click on Submit
- You will receive an automatic email, which is valid for 60 minutes that allows you to change your password
Where can I find my Nu Skin ID number?
To find your ID number:
- Log into your Nu Skin account
- Click on the person silhouette, located in the top-right corner of the page
- A drop-down window will appear. Your Nu Skin ID Number will be located beneath your name
How do I terminate my account?
To cancel your contract and terminate your account, you simply need to send a signed request to Brand Affiliate Support. Your request will need to include your account number, signature, and request to do so. However, if there is 12 months of inactivity, your account will automatically be terminated.
You can return this to use via any of the following methods:
- You can contact Brand Affiliate Support, get the direct email for one of our agents, and email a scan or high-quality (legible) photograph of the completed document
- Email the document to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Fax the paperwork directly to us at (800)487-8000, Attn: Address Change
- Mail the paperwork to NSE Data Entry, 75 W Center St, Provo, 84601
How do I upgrade to a Brand Affiliate?
To upgrade to a Brand Affiliate, you need to have an active Brand Affiliate sponsor you if you are not already sponsored. Please contact your local Customer Service with your request to upgrade.
I can’t log into my account, what should I do?
- Check that you have entered your email address correctly.
- Check that the password you entered is the same one you used to setup your account (otherwise click on Forgot Password?)
- Passwords are case sensitive, please ensure you do not have your Caps Lock and Num Lock turned on.
