Maximise your efforts during Nu Skin’s upcoming LTO of ageLOC Me and receive unique rewards for striving with success.
(i) Sell* a minimum of 10 ageLOC Me Skin Care Systems and receive one (1) genuine leather ageLOC Me Travel Case and one (1) ** invitation to our LTO Celebratory Banquet with Nu Skin Corporate to be held in your nearest capital city. ***
(ii) Sell* a minimum of 20 ageLOC Me Skin Care Systems and receive two (2) genuine leather ageLOC Me Travel Case and two (2) **** invitations to our LTO Celebratory Banquet with Nu Skin Corporate to be held in your nearest capital city. ***
(i) and (ii) are collectively referred to as the “Rewards”)
* Nu Skin may ask you for the original retail receipts or conduct a random check at any time for retail sales verification. If you fail to produce the original retail receipts when requested or during the random check, Nu Skin may, at its absolute discretion, disqualify you from claiming the Rewards and require you to return the Rewards to Nu Skin if the Rewards were given.**Maximum of one (1) participant will be awarded for each qualified Executiveship. The volume (GSV) must be in the qualifiers executiveship volume. Breakaway executiveship volume is not allowed.
***Cities included are Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland, Christchurch, Papeete & Noumea.
****Maximum of two (2) participants will be awarded for each qualified Executiveship. (NB: both participants must be registered under the qualifying distributorship on or prior to 1 April 2016).
Requirements to be eligible to qualify for Pacific ageLOC Me LTO Incentive (“LTO Incentive”):
• Only those Executive and above distributors on 1 April 2016 from the Pacific Region (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia & New Caledonia) who have purchased the ageLOC Me Skin Care Systems during the Nu Skin 2016 Regional Limited Time Offer of ageLOC Me (“LTO”) and those distributors from the Pacific Region (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia and New Caledonia) who have purchased the ageLOC Me Skin Care Systems during the 2016 Pacific Convention on 14-16 April 2016 (“Pacific Convention”)may qualify for this LTO Incentive. For the avoidance of doubt, the Pacific Convention purchases are strictly limited to two (2) ageLOC Me Skin Care Systems per attendee only.
• The ageLOC Me Skin Care Systems purchased from markets outside the Pacific Region (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia and New Caledonia) will not fulfil the requirements of this LTO Incentive.
• The distributor ID that is used to purchase the ageLOC Me Skin Care Systems must be from one of the markets in the Pacific Region (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia and New Caledonia).
The ageLOC Me Skin codes for Pacific Region are as follows: Australia 350 PSV (07001640), New Zealand 350 PSV (16001640), French Polynesia 350 PSV (16001640) & New Caledonia 350 PSV (16001640)
Other Terms & Conditions:
· The LTO Celebration Banquet will be held in the major cities (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland, Christchurch, Papeete and Noumea). Qualifiers will be invited to join the LTO Celebration Banquet to be held at the venue nearest to his/her capital city, or at a venue to be decided by Nu Skin in its sole discretion.
· The LTO Celebration Banquet will be held in May/June 2016. Confirmation date and venue of the LTO Celebration Banquet will be sent out to all Qualifiers by email no later than Tuesday 15th May 2016. No replacement will be given in the event the Qualifier is not able to attend the LTO Celebration Banquet on the date and at the venue designated.
· All Qualifiers are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the LTO Celebration Banquet.
· Invitation to the LTO Celebration Banquet is non-transferable.
· Nu Skin may cancel the LTO Celebration Banquet at its absolute discretion if the number of Qualifiers are less than 10 (ten) or if Nu Skin deems necessary. As a substitute, restaurant voucher worth of AUD$100/NZ$110 (per invitation) will be awarded to the Qualifier. The voucher can be used at the restaurant of Qualifier’s choice.
· Distributors must not be in breach of Section 6.5, Chapter 2 of the Policies & Procedures. Any indication of manipulation regarding the qualification criteria will disqualify any Executive attempting to benefit from this LTO Incentive. . This includes but is not limited to buying in volume for qualification purposes on down line accounts.
· The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the LTO Incentives and rewards at any time and without prior notice to you.
· Nu Skin reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute regarding any of the above.
