Kevin Fuller

Senior Vice President, Global Product & Brand

A seasoned Nu Skin veteran of more than 13 years Kevin Fuller serves as the company’s senior vice president of Global Product & Brand, leading the product strategy, development and marketing functions. During his time as a member of the Nu Skin family he has served in several key marketing and product roles including vice president of global marketing, vice president of Opportunity Innovation, and vice president of global product marketing. In 2018, he became Nu Skin’s first senior vice president of global marketing—and a member of the company’s global management committee.​

 ​

Leveraging an eclectic background in biology, marketing and business Kevin has lead the introduction of more than 100 Nu Skin products during his time at Nu Skin, helping the company secure multiple patents along the way. He played a key role in the creation and launch of ageLOC, Nu Skin’s premium anti-aging brand which generates approximately $1B in annual sales. During his tenure Nu Skin products have earned many prestigious awards, including the Edison Innovation Award, Beauty Shortlist Award, Techies Award, and Big Innovation Award to name just a few. ​

 

Kevin has over 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and product development in the direct selling industry. Before joining Nu Skin in 2005, he spent seven years working in the industry as a senior product manager, overseeing product development and numerous product launches. 

Kevin received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Utah and an MBA from Brigham Young University. An avid athlete, he’s always up for a challenge, and recently qualified for and competed in the 2018 US Triathlon National Championships.

Chris Stubbs

Chris Stubbs

Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Operations

Chris Stubbs is the senior vice president of global sales & operations and a member of the global management committee. Prior to his current role, Stubbs served as the vice president of global sales & channel development (2016-2017), director of leader development (2013-2016) and the director of analytics (2005-2012).  

  

Stubbs earned a bachelor’s degree in zoology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Brigham Young University, a master’s degree in dance at BYU, and a doctorate in health promotion and education at the University of Utah with a research emphasis in resilience and statistics.  

  

Stubbs has driven the strategic development of two significant global sales compensation plan enhancements including Wealth Maximizer and Velocity by Nu Skin. He also leads a global team focused on other innovations relating to sales channel development, including leader programs, incentives, recognition, events, social engagement, and account management, as well as innovations relating to customer experience and loyalty.

 

There’s much more to Chris than his career, though. In fact, he’s a former U.S. ballroom dance amateur and professional competitor and coach. While he and his family love to travel to new international locations each year, Maui has become their favorite place to vacation.

Exec 2017 Leah Cadavona

Leah Cadavona

Vice President, Global Brand Strategy 

Leah Cadavona was named vice president global brand strategy in 2016. Cadavona joined Nu Skin in 2013 as director global brand strategy & management.

 

During her tenure, Cadavona has established Nu Skin’s new corporate brand image and identity and spearheaded marketing strategies and content across the company’s product portfolio, including flagship product lines: ageLOC Galvanic Spa, ageLOC Youth, ageLOC Me, LumiSpa and TR90. Additionally, she played a key role in the rebranding, promotion and launch of the Nu Skin LIVE! global sales event in October 2017.

 

Prior to joining Nu Skin, Cadavona held marketing and brand leadership roles at JAFRA Cosmetics International and Guthy-Renker, and managed the global launches of Zumba Fitness and Cindy Crawford’s Meaningful Beauty.

 

A native of Los Angeles, California, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA, and her MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management.


Exec 2017 MinJung Chung

Minjung Chung

Vice President, Global Product Marketing 

MinJung Chung serves as the vice president of global product marketing. Since her start at Nu Skin South Korea in 2005, she’s served as vice president of marketing and sales in South Korea. She also assisted marketing in Nu Skin Japan.

 

MinJung Chung relocated to Utah from Nu Skin South Korea in 2016. Before beginning at Nu Skin, she worked at Amway South Korea for 14 years since its launch in 1995, along with experience in pharmaceutical companies in South Korea.

 

An expert shopper, MinJung can always find something to buy and loves doing it. No matter where she is in the world or what time of day it is, she’s always able to fulfill her love of shopping by buying something she loves.

Jodi Durrant

Vice President, Global Events

Jodi Durrant serves as the vice president of global events for Nu Skin Enterprises. Prior to her current role, Durrant held positions such as director of executive affairs and vice president of special events.

 

Durrant has been with Nu Skin since 1986 and was one of the first 40 employees ever hired by the company. She has over 33 years of experience in event strategy, planning, budgeting, and executing large scale global events such as conferences, conventions, and incentive trips. In the early days of Nu Skin, before each region grew large enough to have designated events personnel, Durrant developed and ran all incentive trips globally.

 

Jodi served two four-year terms on the Board of Directors for the Utah Valley Convention and Visitor Bureau. When she’s not working, you can find Jodi hiking and biking with her husband in Southern Utah, at a theatre enjoying a play or reading!

Jenny Engemann

Vice President, Global Products Strategy 

Jenny Engemann has served as vice president of global product strategy since February 2019. In this role, Jenny is responsible for leading the combined organization of the global product & portfolio marketing team, and product technologies. She has been a critical leader at Nu Skin for over 20 years, with managerial responsibilities ranging from director of global product support education and training, senior director of Pharmanex, Nu Skin product marketing, and vice president of global marketing.

 

Jenny has consistently demonstrated her team-first attitude and excellent leadership in some of Nu Skin’s most important and successful product launches of the last 10 years, including ageLOC TR90, ageLOC YouthSpan, and the award winning ageLOC LumiSpa. She has also played an important strategic role throughout the development of the company’s newest products ageLOC Me, ageLOC YouthSpan, and the award winning LumiSpa.

 

During her tenure with Pharmanex Global Education and Training, Engemann spent a significant amount of time in the field training Nu Skin’s sales leaders on new and innovative products, traveling across North America, Europe, and Asia. This helped establish the importance of seeking and understanding sales leaders’ and customers’ unmet needs to identify new product and technology innovations.

 

Beyond Nu Skin, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and four young children, snowboarding, and traveling to Utah’s National and State Parks, California beaches and Disneyland!


Eric Muirbrook

Eric Muirbrook

Vice President, Global Commissions & Performance Applications

Eric Muirbrook was appointed vice president of global commissions management and performance applications in 2016. Prior to his current role, Muirbrook held positions such as customer service representative, account analyst (Japan), and systems analyst.

 

Muirbrook has been with Nu Skin since 1991 beginning his career in the call center. He now brings 27 years of operational experience to the company through his involvement in sales compensations plan management. He has also been responsible for overseeing business intelligence and sales analytics functions at Nu Skin.

 

Eeric received a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University with a double majoring International Relations and Japanese. In addition, he became certified as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.

 

In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to experience new places and cultures. Ever the adventurer, Eric and his family vacation to a different destination every year.

Evita Singson

Vice President, Global Sales Channel Development

Evita Singson is the vice president of global sales channel development. Prior to her current role, she served concurrently as regional vice president of sales for Asia Pacific and President for Nu Skin Vietnam from 2015 to 2017.

 

With over 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry, Evita has a successful track record of helping to build markets and distributor sales leaders throughout Asia. She is experienced in new market development as a member of a project team for the openings of Nu Skin Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and as project head for the opening of Vietnam.

 

Evita graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a degree in Humanities, specializing in Political Economics. She now resides in Salt Lake City working at Nu Skin’s headquarters.

 

As a native from the Philippines, Evita has a lifelong love for swimming and tries to go to the beach every chance she gets – especially the beaches in Asia. She also enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Michelle Lin

Michelle Lin

Regional Vice President Marketing, Pan Asia

Michelle Lin currently serves as Regional Vice President of Marketing for Nu Skin’s East Region which consists of Greater China, South Korea, and Japan. She has also held positions such as regional vice president of global marketing with a focus on Greater China and Asia Pacific, as well as vice president business development for Nu Skin Japan

 

Lin has over 20 years of experience in leading brand management with multinational companies like Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Estee Lauder. Her experience working in diversified cultures and locations has helped her become a well-rounded leader with highly recognized expertise in strategic planning, multi-functional leadership, brand equity building, innovation development and cross-cultural communication.

 

As a native from Taiwan, Michelle speaks fluent Chinese Mandarin and Taiwanese, as well as fluent English and conversational Japanese. When she’s not working, you can find her pursuing her love of tap-dance, collecting art or travelling! Michelle also pursued her dream of writing when she published a book in Chinese with the translated title Secret Keys to Hope and Dream.
