All requests for refunds in relation to the Promotion are subject to Nu Skin’s refund policy in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin and products to be returned must be returned together with any received free items in an unopened and resalable condition. If any free items for return were given as gift vouchers but have been used, redeemed or lost, you shall repay Nu Skin the full monetary value of such gift vouchers.
5. If any free items are returned not in their entirety in an unopened and resalable condition, Nu Skin may at its sole discretion reject your refund request or charge you the retail prices of the free items.
6. Nu Skin may at its sole discretion substitute any free item with other item of comparable value without prior notice.
7. Free items are not exchangeable or refundable for cash.
8. Nu Skin reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, Nu Skin shall use the discounted price under this Promotion as the price on which to calculate the refund amount.
9. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts, offers, other promotions, privileges and promotion codes, unless otherwise stated.
10. All products and free items of this Promotion are on a first-come-first-served-basis, while stocks last. All prices are inclusive of GST.
11. Nu Skin reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Promotion and/or amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
12. In the event of a dispute concerning the terms and conditions, the decision of Nu Skin is final and binding.
