STEP 1: Take a picture of your hair before using any of the new Nu Skin Hair Care products with a newspaper in the picture that shows the current date.
STEP 2: Put at least three (3) Hair Care products on your Automatic Delivery Rewards program.
STEP 3: Use one (1) shampoo, one (1) conditioner, and ReNu Hair Mask as directed.
STEP 4: After using one (1) Nu Skin shampoo (Balancing Shampoo or Moisturizing Shampoo), one (1) conditioner (either Weightless Conditioner or Rich Conditioner), and ReNu Hair Mask take another picture of your hair, as similar as possible to the one you took previous to using the product, with a newspaper in the picture that shows the current date.

In order to take advantage of the Nu Skin Hair Care money-back guarantee, you must adhere to the following requirements:
- Guarantee applies only to the Nu Skin Hair Care line (the guarantee does not include any Epoch® hair products, Nutriol®, DailyKind™, HydraKind™, VolumeKind™, MakeAmends™, FreeFall™, or 4-in-1 products)
- Take a picture of your hair before using any of the Nu Skin Hair Care products with a newspaper in the picture to show the date.
- You must be able to verify that three (3) Hair Care products (that are approved for this guarantee) are and have been on your Automatic Delivery auto ship account and has been active for the period that you wish to use as verification.
- Use at least one (1) Nu Skin Shampoo, one (1) Nu Skin Conditioner & the ReNu Hair Mask (not including any Epoch® products).
- Strictly adhere to the product usage directions.
- Take a picture of your hair after using the products for a 30 day period. This picture should be as similar as possible to the picture taken before using the product.
- Any external treatments such as hair coloring, dying, perming, extended straightening, extensions, etc. cannot have been done during the 30 day period.
