My early career was in a traditional marketing industry environment. After a Master's degree in Marketing applied to luxury goods, I worked for French luxury houses as a Digital Manager for 13 years. I was attracted to the job’s prestige and the brand's reputation. I have always appreciated creative freedom, autonomy and choosing the people I work with.
I discovered Nu Skin products in 2016 when I had my first child. I was looking for solutions to feel and look my best, to get a better skin tone and look refreshed after sleepless nights - before heading back to the office. I was already very familiar with cosmetic solutions, and yet I was blown away by the ease of use and results of the Nu Skin products. I received so many compliments on my improved appearance that I chose to stick with the brand and share it with my friends.
At the time I wasn’t looking for a new challenge or opportunity. To be honest, the business side of things didn’t interest me then. It took me several years to formalize the connection between the products I loved and getting personally involved. But my intuition drove me to keep an open mind, attend events and talk to inspiring leaders. Each step of my experience clarified a facet of the project and reassured me of the seriousness of the Nu Skin enterprise.
I chose to share my love for the products on my social networks and with my friends and family, and often my enthusiasm is enough to attract curiosity. On the other hand, developing a portfolio of regular customers and accompanying business partners has required real personal commitment and constant self-evaluation. It’s just as well that I like to be challenged and in constant motion!
Nu Skin’s success is, in good part, due to benevolence, mutual aid, collective work and collaboration without judgment. Thanks to these healthy values, and the support and recognition I thrive on, I have naturally developed new human (intuition, authenticity) and professional (self-confidence and leadership) qualities.
I am so grateful to be a part of this dynamic adventure, to be able to move forward at the pace of innovation and remain as enamored as I was on day one, knowing that my journey is just beginning.
